Value for money
The media could not be loaded. This indeed is great for both adults and children who enjoy racing on tracks! Also, setting up the game isn't too difficult or time consuming! My son thoroughly enjoys it and I love to accompany him in this game!

One car is not working
One of the car is not working. Other components are in Good condition.

Waste product. Money wasted.
The cars do not move beyond a certain point. Really wasted precious money on a useless product.

Seller is super responsive. Car set had issues. Seller replaced.
Lights on the police car stopped working pretty quickly and both the triggers developed shorts within a couple months.Update: Amazon provided us a refund before writing this review. The seller reached out after seeing the review and offered to replace or refund. Even after knowing we were refunded the money by Amazon, the seller sent us a new car set which we haven’t put together yet. Hopefully this one works better! Will update if there are any issues. But the 5 stars is for the seller who went above and beyond.

Fun race track, average controllers
We bought this track as a Christmas present for our son and he loves it. Goes together easy and the cars go fast. The track and cars are great, but unfortunately one of the controllers has already broken and I can’t find a replacement one. Amazon can only offer a full refund for returning it, but we just need a new controller! Frustrating that we can’t get in touch with the company directly.

Updated Response to initial review Yes we received the replacement car set. It is in very good condition. We have put it together and my kids enjoy playing with it. Thank you for wonderful customer service and support.Poor quality. Tracks to not stay together. Remote control wires very flimsy broke after one day of use. Do not buy, big disappointment.
