Q: Are these the fizz bombs ?

So these have an intense sour coating followed by a crazy sour candy shell and in the very center there is some sour fizz as well. More then one at a time will destroy your mouth for weeks. I would not call them a fizz bomb. Yes there is fizz in the center though.

Q: Why did my bag come cut open?

It should be a resealable bag but it shouldn't have been cut open, I wouldn't eat any as it could have been contaminated during shipping your best solution would be to ask for a refund.

Q: What are the ingredients?

I'm not sure but it like putting 15 Alka seltzers in your mouth at on time and don't expect to get the amount in the picture because it's a tiny bag with about 12 pieces in it. Absolutely the biggest/misleading thing I've ever purchased from Amazon.

Q: what is the inside like? is it oozy- like ?

Once you get closer to the inside it starts to fizz out in a way. I would not say oozy but there is a substance inside.
