With this, I can have tea at any given moment, because it stays hot enough for my liking. No waiting for a kettle to boil or the microwave. This replaced my old one of another brand's discontinued model after 5 years, which happened to be refurbished. I hope this one will last at least as long; I'll update when it dies. It works well. Multiple temperature options; clear digital display. The push button did come in handy recently during a tornado in the area knocking out the power for a day. It's a bit of a pain to use it that way, but it's better than nothing. Keep in mind it won't maintain the temperature when the power is out. But if you're Orthodox Jewish, it would be a good feature on Shabbos/Shabbat.

While managing chemotherapy, I must use body temperature or warm, warmer water, otherwise I’m feeling sharp tingling sensations that could last permanently if I allow that to happen frequently.I considered several possibilities including a 2 gallon spigot jug filled with hot water and instead opted to try this machine and now that I have it, I am finding it extremely useful and ready to use anytime. I purchased the 3 L version which takes a very little counter space, it’s quiet,yet provides sufficient water for my uses during the day.

Very nice product. The highest temp is 203 and it seems to go down to 199 before turning the heater on. If you want truly boiling water you have to push the button. Some initial button confusion but it’s great once you get used to it.

I am very happy with this water station purchase. I used to boil water from an electric kettle and then fill up my stainless steel water bottle to keep the water warm. But now with this NutriChef 4 LiterDigital Water Boil and warmer, I boil the water and keep it warm inside the unit, and I can dispense it into my stainless water bottle any time I want.For a $99 water station, it is a great value for the money.

I have just used it for a month. It is claimed to be stainless, but I didn't expect it to oxidize so quickly. It is such a bad product. I advise everyone not to buy it again. Also, the return period has just passed. I don't know if Amazon can give me a credit to return the product. Such a bad supplier. The quality is very poor.

It takes a little to get used to with the different buttons, but keeps water Warm needs to be set on the flat surface otherwise It wobbles on the tea holder we bought for it to sit on. Easy to keep clean.

I've had two Zojirushis, and each lasted well over a decade. We used our Zojirushis many times a day to make tea. I bought this item because replacing my Zojirushi would have cost way more than the price of this item. Only time will tell if this item will last as long as my Zojirushis did.This item's functions are much like my Zojirushi, with a few extra capabilities over my Zojirushi. This item is an edgy black and silver and therefore isn't nearly as pretty as my Zojirushi (which is white with pink sweet peas on it). You may like it just fine; I'll tolerate the lack of an aesthetically pleasing color scheme for its functionality.Things that are different from my Zojirushi:1. Six temperature options instead of two: In degrees Fahrenheit, 113, 131, 149, 167, 185, and 203. For finicky tea lovers, those extra options are excellent. (The more expensive Zojirushis have more temperature options, too.)2. The under-dispenser-spout cup lip activation.3. The automatic shutoff if it runs out of water.4. THE STAINLESS STEEL INTERIOR! I've always worried about the fact that my Zojirushi's interior is lined with Teflon. Ugh.5. The LCD display that shows the temperature. Not necessary, but very cool.Much as I love anything made by Zojirushi, I'm happy with this purchase.

With all the talk about PFAs and forever chemicals, I wanted to replace my Zojirushi water boiler with one that had a stainless steel liner. Sadly, the Nutrichef is no Zojirushi. It is fine for someone who has never owned a Zojirushi and doesn't know better about the quality difference, but let's just say you get what you pay for.With that said, I could have lived with the quality difference, but I have burned myself one too many times emptying the canister. So I returned it.
