I purchased the Neo-G VCS Elbow strap on July 15 and it was delivered to my door on July 20. That was Royal Mail from the UK to my door in Canada in 5 days.(Amazon predicted it would take 6 weeks!) I put it on my forearm and was amazed at the immediate difference. Previously painful movements are now a piece of cake. I have not had the device long enough to have it heal my arm, but I am confident that the protection it provides will make that possible.So why did I give it only 4 stars? Primarily marketing and documentation. There are no good photographic images of this product available. You'd think somebody would take a shot with a digital camera and post it up here. Also, documentation on how to wear it consists of three steps on the outside of the box. I doubt more detail would be required, but it would be nice to have. Bottom line: It does exactly what it says at a very reasonably price. I recommend this product.
