No flimsiness. Works fine, but just feels a tad bit weak. Probably due to the lightness.

I liked the fact that you could clean the flat mop,without using a separate bucket.very good system, but the mop handle could be a bit more robust.Overall I thought it was a good purchase especially with the extra mop heads.

The slimline bucket and the way the head of the mop folds down is great if you’re restricted for storage space. It’s quick and very easy to use, does an amazing job of cleaning the floor. The only problem I experienced was putting the mop handle together, it was quite tight to push together but my son did it for me.

When the mop arrived my first thought was that the handle could be a bit longer as I have to bend down while mopping. I also felt it was a bit weak and I was worried about breaking the handle if too much pressure was applied. However I bought this in February and it has lasted so far :)I love the overall concept, it's great for cleaning all floor's and I have also used it on the wall's.I read some reviews about it not going fully into the water, the solution is to dip it in and then rotate it and put the other end in, work's so well.I have given 3 star's due to the mop head's, I purchased this item because it came with extra pads, however all of them have frayed at the end's and the tabs have fallen off :/ this is very disappointing. I have sourced replacements to see of they fit, but I think it would be great if the company could rectify this problem. If it wasn't for the pads, I wouldn't have anything negative to say about it.Another review stated that the latches pop up when trying to dry the mop, I found this at the beginning as well, but after filling the bucket I made sure that the latches clicked on each side before using the mop and I haven't had any issue since. I would advise you check the stoppers on each side, at the bottom to make sure they are pushed in properly though, I made the mistake of not having one pushed in fully and had a bit of a leak over the floor lol***Hello, just wanted to post an update, the mop head broke :( very disappointing. Where the head rotates there is a screw holding it together, the plastic seems to have stretched or something and the screw fell out, it won't bend again to put together and there isn't an option to contact the seller

The idea of this is very good but this particular one isn’t the best quality . Mop handle extremely poor quality and snapped on the second use but I replaced it with my old mop handle . The lid clip on one side no longer unlocks so I have to fight with it every time I want to remove it .Floorcloths also not the greatest quality . Mine are already starting to come away at the seams and catch and lift off when trying to take the excess water off so I am going to have to purchase more if I wish to continue using this.All in all, I wouldn’t recommend due to poor quality.Every floor cloth now like the picture so unless I buy more this purchase is just a massive waste of money

I never write reviews but I felt compelled to say this is the best money I’ve ever spent , best mop floor cleaning system ever had. I have 3 dogs and it’s a dream brilliant !!

I bought this to clean my bathroom tiles. It has a long enough pole to reach into the corners. Really good swivel, as it can turn in all directions. Different from normal mop and bucket, but does a good job. I like the extra pads that are included and Dan be put in the washer. Not the dearest on the market nor the cheapest, but I would recommend it.
