Yes, they are. You could directly wash them with washing machine.

Q: Can it fit two people in the bean bag form?

My 200 lb husband, my 75 lb coonhound and my 125 lb self fit on bed comfortably. The bean bag is big enough for us both or just for the dog himself lol. This is a great item, and much cheaper than the Cordaroy Beanbag although it has king size but EXPENSIVE!

It does transfer into another bag but it’s very easy to do. You just line up the zippers and empty the filling from one bag into the other bag. No mess. Easy enough with the twin size.
