Great!
Amazing! Very portable, sturdy, easy to pack and unpack. Very bright and so far didn't have any hot-spots. Couldn't decide between a proper softbox and LED light for photogrammetry setup, but it's really easy and quick to put together + light quality is much softer, very happy I went with these ones.

Decent product but mine had a big slash in one soft box
The product was relatively easy to set up. I received no instructions so thank God for YouTube which helped me to figure out how to insert the bulbs. The product provides fairly decent light and is good enough for my purposes. Despite this I am uncertain I would buy another Neewer product or purchase anything from the seller because I received a defective product.I am a beginner photographer in the Middle East. I usually order stuff from Amazon US but I usually order electrical products from the UK because the UK uses 220v like the Middle East. Although I got free shipping to a UK address using Amazon prime to have the product delivered to the address the shipping company uses, I ended up paying GBP97 just to ship the item to me in Qatar. I was upset about the cost but it is what it is. I got the 220v socket. I just unboxed the item yesterday when I decided to set it up only to discover a razor sharp slash about 12” long on one side of the carrying bag. I thought, “ok, it’s just the bag that’s damaged hopefully it’s only the outer lining.” Nope! It was a DEEP SLASH that penetrated the carrying bag, the carrying bag for one of the soft-boxes AND THE SOFT-BOX itself resulting in a 4-5” through and through slash in the softbox. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the seller and/or Neewer! The slash was sooooooo obvious on the side of the bag someone ought to have noticed. One of the boxes the light stand came in also had a long gash in it on the side facing the inside of the carrying bag it was packed in. Now I’m stuck with a defective softbox I can’t afford to pay GBD97 to return plus GBP97 for shipping for a replacement. My alternative have the replacement shipped to someone in the UK and either wait until I am visiting myself or wait on a friend to visit.Would I recommend the product to a beginner? Yes, just be aware that the customer service is lacking.Who needs a soft box with a slash in it?

Perfect replacement!
I purchased this soft box as a replacement for the one I was using previously in my Photo Booth. The soft box is 60x60cm, so offers a a broad but concentrated light source. It uses an E27 socket so I was able to pair it with an Andoer photo studio bulb (https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B0928TRDZR?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title)The soft box has a silver lining inside, which provides a soft neutral colour but also comes with a white diffuser, which is great in the Photo Booth as it reduces shadows. The soft box has an adjustable mount, which allows you to tilt the angle to your needs. The spring mount makes the box easy to open and close in seconds.Fantastic product - would recommend!

big and bulky but fit for purpose
Dont let the pictures deceive you these are big lights , and they dont fold up easily. You have to take out the bulb , fold down the box, take off the white sheet and then fold up the stand. None of it is easy or something you want to do everytime you want to use these. So bear that in mind. in the studio we just have these out 24/7 because of this. But they work very well, diffusing the light on the subject and operate via an on and off switch on the lead to the plug. As usual Neewer comes clutch for the price on these.

Easy to set up, no tools needed.
I am quite surprised, i only really grabbed these to play with just incase everything shuts down again due to current events to have a little dabble into product photography who knew it is actually fun.Though i do have one complaint though not really a complaint, the stand is not the best for keeping it steady, but it does the job and the socket and box can be put on another stand anyway so you are not stuck with it if it bothers you, personally im not fussed and at the end of the day that price is fantastic for what you get and no tools needed just set up and go pretty much all parts are adjusted with things you would see on a basic tripod, so yeah love it for it simplicity, i think i will be buying from neewer in the future.UPDATE , not a shaky as i originally thought, a friend pointed out that the legs extend further than i extended them, giving me more balance, still wouldn't let my dog run around near them, still not sturdy enough that they can be bumped into, but yeah thought i should update this because i think this is a good product for people starting out.

A budget option for a reason
These lights are good in some senses; very bright and very cheap compared to others. Unfortunately, you do get what you pay for, as one of the pair I bought has already broken after around a month of serious use. I have been using them to take photographs for eBay and upon rotating the shade, the one bulb cut out.Thankfully, as my Father is an electrical engineer, I took them to him and he confirmed that the socket where the bulbs plug into are very cheap, and if you either unscrew the bulbs a few times or rotate the lamp (as designed), the connection is liable to break. Thankfully, this is a relatively cheap fix, but I wouldn't have the first clue what to do without help.In addition, the stands are very lightweight, which isn't necessarily a selling point. On several occasions (either via clumsiness or due to a rogue cat), the stands have begun to topple and only a goalkeeper-like save has stopped the glass bulbs hitting the deck and shattering.Overall these are ok, but just be aware they have some fairly fundamental issues.
