Good product

Good quality. I originally use to do leg workout to help my IT band situation. It really works. Go to youtube and you will find multiple IT band recovery workout videos.I used the first one for almost a year and bought the second one (both from Amazon) so I can hook them up on the rack and do front pull. The first one is just as tight as the second one, even after it has been used for a year. It's a bit expensive, but I rather spend a bit more money on things that last.

The elastic resistance of this band allows for a unique and useful stretching experience. It is not too resistant or too weak so it allows for a stretch that is just right! It can improve dramatically stretching ability and for the price it is at it is worth it 100%.

After years of consistent use, this is still going strong, no tears, rips, etc. Excellent product & value for your money.

While I haven't used this as much as I would like, I use it for exercises that I can't do with good alignment without a prop. After reading a book concerning alignment, I realize that it is better to use a prop like this rather than trying to do it without it, resulting in poor alignment. (Example: runners stretch - because of a problem created by surgery, I can't do it with proper alignment on one side of my body without this band.)
