These are good for strengthening grip, or helping with sore wrists and other joints. None of them are extremely hard or soft, the difference between them is minimal, but the colors help you at a glance, to know which one you need to use. I wish they were a bit bigger but they are good for most hands.

Finally a stress ball/hand exercise ball that doesn’t leave a gross scent on your hands, or get covered with dirt and hair. These are great quality they work well I use them for my clients and several have ask where they could get one. They come with both a harder to squeeze ball and an easier to squeeze ball. It would be nice if it came with one more additional even easier to squeeze ball for those with a more progressed arthritis.

I use these in my office for clients to squeeze while in therapy sessions and I absolutely love them. They hold up a lot better then some other squeeze balls I’ve bought, I had three others break this past week but these are a higher quality. Bonus perk that they match my office decor colors as well!

It’s worth the money do not waste your money on a cheaper exercise ball you’ll only end up trying to squeeze it when they’re so hard you’re lucky if you can get it to move I am recuperating from a accident to do with my back but because of the different shots that I’ve had to get in affects the nearest in the body and do you know how many nerves there are in your hands you just take them for granted but if you exercise them with the squeeze balls you definitely see how flexible your fingers become as if you don’t move them enough with an exercise you could end up with a bad case of arthritis so I use them because as I mention the shots that I get affect the nerves. You won’t be sorry they were a little more pricier than the other ones but believe me they do work and the colors are really nice. Tricia in Hawaii

These 2 balls each have its own level of firmness/softness. I donate plasma and use the darker color stress ball thats softer. Its comfortable to squeeze when I have to pump and doesn't tire out my hand/arm like every other stress ball does.My daughter uses the firmer ball, the lighter color one when she's stressing out working full time and going to college full time.For the price, these are a fantastic buy!

Not even worth 10 bucks.

These are terrific quality, I bought them for my grandmother, and she used them every day. They work really well and fit perfectly in your hands. You could even take the fabric off to wash them.
