Walden Farms340g Strawberry Fruit Spread

This is a very good alternative to strawberry jam if you are watching the calories. The consistency is more like jelly, which makes it a bit difficult to spread, but persevere it can be done! The taste is fruity and quite sweet and was very nice on some rice cakes. I will be buying this again. This was the last product in a batch I got of Walden Farm foods. On the whole I am pleased with them. Some have a bit of an aftertaste, but that is a small price to pay for no calorie products that help me stick to a low calorie diet and take away my sugar cravings. Now I have to decide whether I am brave enough to try the 0 calorie peanut butter whipped spread! Will let you know if I do. Hope you find some products in the range that help you too.

The texture is not nice... lacks flavour doesn’t seem to have any fruit and you can taste the sweetener flavour... I am quite disappointed because the pancakes syrup is really nice! Unfortunately I won’t be buying it again

I'm afraid that this does not have the same thick consistency as regular jam as it is rather gloopy. It tastes good, but it would be better to use this product by stirring this Fruit spread into something else - yoghurt for example or porridge.

It's not jam. It's practically calorie free. Don't expect more than what you can guess. It's a great substitute, wouldn't eat it on toast, but happy to put into things for that sweet taste.

I mixed it with Walden Farms Whipped Peanut Spread. And I small spoon of actual peanut butter. Made a sort of paste out of it and put it on an egg white pancake or low-carb bread. It was delicious and with about 80% less calories.

I really wanted this to be a viable alternative to regular strawberry jam. But it wasn't. Oh how it wasn't. Just...disgusting.

Just like a stronger verion of strawberry jelly but absolutely delicious! sooo good on a bit of rye bread or wholemeal crackers or plain rice cakes to keep the cravings away and the calories low!

It really is sugar free, aside from some natural sugars, so it really is not really that sweet. There's just a hint and, after eating really sweet jam and jellies, this is what I've been looking for. I will say that the strawberry flavor is also slight and it is a jelly, which was a little difficult to spread with a knife since it kept sliding off. Don;t get me wrong it's still good and I will be buying it again. Overall gave it a 5/5 rating because it's exactly what I both wanted and expected from this product. 4/5 for flavor since, as I mention, it's more understated than overstated. 4/5 for spreadability as I've already mentioned. 4/5 for value since I for think $9 is s bit high for the amount you're getting but not so much that I won't be buying it again.

The taste is horrible . Just a jar of artificial sweeteners

I tried other keto or zero sugar jams this one is by far the worsttexture and taste

I’ve been trying to find good ways to supplement my cravings, but I’d rather just have the sugar if this is my only option. The spread is watery and tastes entirely artificial. I don’t know how you can manage to mess up fruit spreads, but they found a way. Would not recommend.
