Brilliant would recommend.
Have used these since I started my menopause I definitely don't have as many hot flushes now sleeping is undesturb ,but I do use a cool blanket as well. Easy to take and you get the vitamins as well that you start to struggle with. They must be taken every day if you miss one you will notice. Very happy with these I did try HRT but these are better and safer. I would recommend trying these they may work for you but you won't know if you don't try the price is worth it.

No more body inferno
At nearly 45 I've had spells of getting extremely hot at night the last few years. I put it down to too much sugar or that extra glass of wine. Although no signs yet of any changes to my cycle, I realised it was down to perimenopause.I've been taking these a week and its made a massive difference, I simply stay a normal cosy temperature all night & sleeping much better.Yes there is tiny trace amounts of caffeine in it I was concerned it might be an issue as I'm not a coffee drinker but I needn't have worried. Would recommend this if you have similar issues.

Stopped my hot flushes
My only symptom of perimenopause was hot flushes, short ones 10 or 15 times a day. I've taken these for a month and don't get them at all now. I noticed the difference within the first few days.

Colour Blind Packaging
First off... I like the green tablets -- really helpful for sleeping. But, what I find odd about this product is that the colour-use on the packaging -- it's a bit crazy. They have GREEN tablets and RED Tablets. Fair enough. On Back of cardboard box is a red panel, which discusses the red mineral tablets (the Original Menopause Tabs)And there is a green panel which discusses the green Active Botanical Tablets. That sounds alright so far. Green is always bio/plant/chlorophyll.Er, but, actually.... the bio tabs are RED tablets. And the vit tablets are .... GREEN tablets. If you are confused already.... well, that's what I am referring to.On the FRONT of the cardboard box you have an image of the GREEN tablet beside RED writing about the Menoplause Original vit-Tabs. Underneath there is an image of the RED tablet beside green writing about the 'Active Botanical Tables.'Phew! And, inside we have the blister packs:The foil backing for the red tablets blister pack, is....... GREEN with a description of the green BOTANICALS (this is on the red tablets blister pack. The one with the green foil on it.).The foil backing for the green tablet blister pack is...... RED, with a description of the red MULTI-MINERALS.Surely, some wally does not know his botanicals from his vit-minerals and cannot tell the difference between red and green. Or at least does not know anything sensible about "colour-coding".I think it all went wrong when they decided to make the vit tablets Green, and later added the bio tablets into the same packet and colouring those bio tablets..... RED (red tablets). And it all went overboard since then with the packaging people as confused as anything.Look, it goes like this:Green is always bio/plant/chlorophyll - make the bio tablets green. The vit-tablets can be whatever you like... blue, yellow, white etc. Anything but do not make them green if you have bio tabs in same packet.Red foil on RED Tablet blister pack, and green foil on GREEN blister pack.GREEN is the Botanicals and RED is the Vit-Minerals tab. That's looking sensible now.OK, on the outside packet, keep the same colours. Green writing for the green tablets, red writing for the red tablets.Easy, isn't it?
