Everything is okay.
Product came in good condition. The saxophone is easy to play and the quality is good enough for such a price, what I most like is the concave keytouches that seems to be more comfortable when playing. All in all, Satisfied with this purchase, thank you.

Arrived in no fit state.
Very disappointing, the saxophone arrived completely un- playable . The lower keys didn't function, a piece of sharp metal was bent the wrong way, and the reed was chipped. A big shame. Amazon however, were brilliant at handling returns. The whole process couldn't have been much easier.

Such a poor quality!Do not waste your money.
Very poor quality.It broke after 30 days of using and therefore could not claim the money back .
