Works as advertised
The reason I got this is, so I can use a camera as a webcam. My webcam is supposed to be fairly good, but I'm not satisfied with the image, and as it turns out I have a really good Sony FDR-AX53 which is overkill as a webcam, but I only plan to leave it as webcam when I really need it.So it works great, plugged the HDMI cable into the Sony FDR-AX53 and into this Capture card, then the USB into my computer and done, opened OBS and added the camera as a source.I didn't had to install any drivers or any software, OBS recognized the source and it works great.

Pretty Cool
Bought to see how it would work to record things from one device to another. Pretty awesome and straightforward. Can use to record yourself playing games too which is cool.

works good
I have had no problems for the most part using it to stream ps4 and switch games to YouTube. The only problem. Is the audio can get just a little bit out of sync, just barely. Also obs sometimes doesn't detect it but I'm not sure if it's the device or obs. Unplugging it and plugging it back in fixes the problem. Overall very happy with it

This is very easy to setup with OBS Studios
This is a great add on to my streaming setup it comes with HDMI and double ended USB cord for your pc and they are plenty long. Setup is a piece of cake with OBS Studios simply hook it to your computer and then attach the gaming systems input and then add your tv to the output add a video capture device on obs and your ready to go.

Problems with audio-video synchronization
Even when I have a very fast computer, and 8-core Ryzen 7 processor, a 12GB Nvidia RTX 3060 and capturing to a NVMe drive, the audio has delay with respect to the video; and I am capturing just HD footage. I haven't tried 4K, but I don't think this device can capture 2160 without a serious delay between audio and video.

Great Capture Device
Received this item very quickly, got it setup immediately. No drivers required. Works great on Windows. Tried it on Linux Mint and got it to be recognized but could not get the video image to show, not sure why, my be a build issue, but have been using it for two weeks now every day and I love it. Plan to purchase a spare just in case.

Don't know where these 5* are coming from
Will not output your video in 60. Every single video I have recorded is a stuttering mess. Playback video looks good until you hit record. Wish it wouldn't of taken me so long to getting around to use it or I would be returning.

Does half the job
Mine works as far as getting 1080p 60hz video signal to my pc but the audio isn't there. Using the headphone jack on the device provides headphone audio but its 6-bit like. Maybe 8bit max. I’ve messed with all settings on both devices but I wouldn't buy this specific product again
