I bought this 5 months ago. I used it almost every day but just very light use. The sprayer no longer works. I noticed for the last month I would only get one spray out of it and then it was like there was no pressure behind it and it wouldn't work. I took it apart trying to see if something was plugged or I could fix it but didn't figure out why it isn't working. I used diluted PineSol in it so maybe that is too strong.

I used my new BPAWA Microfiber Spray Floor Mop today, and I'm very pleased with the product.Putting the mop together was a breeze, literally 1, 2, 3, done. Adding water and cleaner to the container and putting it into the pocket was very simple, no muscle or strain needed. It took me less than 10 minutes to put it together, add cleaner, attach the mopping cloth and start cleaning. I love that!The 4 cleaning cloths are quite thick, seem very well made and are really easy to clean. I washed mine by hand with warm water and a little laundry soap. It's convenient to have 4 cloths, but what's even more convenient is not needing to run out for refill pads and cleaner. Huge bonus!Great product, works as it should. I'm glad I bought it and wouldn't hesitate to buy it again.I definitely recommend this mop.

Overall satisfied and just what I needed. Was going to get another wetjet, but didn't want to use their cleaning solution. The assembly was easy - came with a scrubber, just don't know where it goes or how to use it. The sprayer isn't consistant - sometimes it takes a few pulls on the trigger.

Don’t listen to the bad reviews. I almost didn’t buy this because people had me thinking the pole would flex while I was mopping & the container would leak everywhere. Not true. I’m 150% more likely to pull this out & zip across my floors than to use my bucket & sponge mop, so for me this is a no brainer. The pads wash up great, too. The container only leaks water if you let the mop lay sideways (or if it falls sideways) & if you have any understanding of physics you’d understand why. Otherwise, no leaks. So beware reviews with user error. This is a great deal for the $ and dare I say it’s fun to mop with this??? There is an onboard silicone scraping tool for going to town on sticky spots, so I also don’t understand reviews saying it’s only useful for light cleaning. Take the tool off & use it, Carole. It works great. And for twenty bucks? Get outta here.

This mop is absolutely the worst mop I have EVER had. I had a Reveal that I used for several years but the sprayer finally quit working. This mop had pretty good reviews so thought I would give it a try especially since it came with several mop heads. When you try to use the sprayer, you have to pump it 5-8 times before you get a LITTLE BIT of water. Due to that problem, you have to keep pumping the sprayer just to get about 2 inches of floor mopped. I was worn out by the time I even did my kitchen. I will be returning although I will have to pay for some sort of box to send it back in, but at least I don't have to throw the mop away, which is what I would have done. It just ticks me off though to spend anything on something that doesn't work worth a darn!! Believe me, keep your money, spend a little bit more on a Reveal or some other mop and save yourself all of the hard work to get this thing to even work.

This is a great mop. I was concerned about the squeeze handle making my hand tired, but it is very simple to pull and gives a good amount of spray. I like that the floor dries quickly and that I can use my own cleaning solution (I like vinegar and a few drops of Dawn). It is easy to push and does a great job.

This item's handle is a weak spot. It broke shortly after I got it. I have it duct taped so I can still use it.

This is a fantastic low tech mop. Unlike other "razors-and-blades" business concept mops on the market you:1. Don't have to worry about about batteries. It's a simple manual spray.2. Don't have to keep buying expensive disposable mop pads. The pads it comes with (4!) are washable and reusable. The pads are also velcro and remain firmly attached to the mop head.3. Don't have to buy cleaner solutions specific to the make of the mop. You can use any cleaning solution you want. It also comes with two solution bottles if you require two different cleaners but don't want to keep pouring it out every time you need to switch. My only complaint is minor. The bottles would be easier to fill if the bottom was flat so that you would be able to stand them up without having to hold onto them. Other than that, this is great.Overall this is a much cheaper and simpler concept of the electro mops found in the supermarket. It's a one and done purchase, without having to constantly refill pads and cleaner. Very highly recommended.After just one use I bought a second one for my vacation home. Even if i had to buy one every year they're worth it.

Got it on 1st of October....and the spray has stopped working and also the extra mops are bigger then the size of the mop
