The media could not be loaded.  When I first viewed this ukulele I fell in love with the aesthetics. When I received it I was totally blown away by it’s beauty. It feels really comfortable and it is easy to play. The strings settled quickly and I was able to enjoy the sound right away. The most stunning thing about this ukulele is the special designs on either sides of the front panel. It doesn’t have a traditional sound hole. Instead it has two beautiful multicolored wooden leaves with 10 different sized sound ports on each leaf. These 20 sound ports give this concert uke a loud, clear and warm sound. The natural spruce panel adds to the beauty and gives it a professional look. The dark brown tortoise shell special design binding adds to the complete stunner package. It has a mahogany fingerboard and slotted bridge. The two strap buttons, aquila nylgut strings, and closed geared machine heads makes this ukulele ideal for performances. This bundle includes a high quality padded gig bag with two padded shoulder straps, a front pocket and a handle. The additional accessories include a strap, tuner (with battery), capo, picks, strings and a song book. I give this product 5 stars for overall craftsmanship and playability as well as aesthetics. This ukulele is a joy to play. It is suitable for beginners up through advanced players.It comes with great extras to solidify the excellent deal! Quality Gig bag, tuner, capo, strap, extra strings, picks and instructional booklet which is perfect for beginners.The ukulele is very easy is to play, has great intonation and tuners thus making it a perfect choice for beginners. The spruce, mahogany combination gives the instrument the perfect blend of punch, brightness and warmth. There is excellent craftsmanship in the build of the ukulele. This is a great value. I bought it because it was inexpensive and pretty because I intended to drill holes in it to mount an equalizer/tuner/ amp plug in socket. Thankfully I didn't ruin it and I now have an electric/acoustic ukulele. I like the concert size because it fits my hand and this plays easy. I typically lower the saddle to make it easier/faster to play which I did on Paisen as well. You won't find a better value on the market.

The media could not be loaded.  I have had this Paisen Spruce top ukulele for a week and love it! The ukulele comes with a beginner’s kit that is pretty nice. You get a strap, digital tuner (really like this tuner’s accuracy), extra set of Aquila strings, beginner’s book, capo & picks, and let’s not forget the gig bag! They provide a nice padded gig bag to protect your ukulele. The ukulele has closed gear tuners and bone nut and saddle. It also has a slightly arched back that helps with sound projection. There are no sharp edges on the fretboard and it has strap pins! The design on the front is really unique as are the sound holes. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of sound since the sound holes are unique. The ukulele does a really good job of staying in Tune right out of the box with only small adjustments. I have been playing it daily for about a week and rotate the Paisen into my daily practice so I can get a good feel for the instrument and how it will perform. The Paisen has a bright tone, projects well, and has nice sustain. One of my favorite features is the binding—it compliments the instrument nicely and is really pretty. I’m very pleased with this ukulele and would highly recommend for a beginner or more advanced player!

I'm really impressed with this ukulele. Since this is a new product I was a bit hesitant but I'm glad I made this purchase. The ukulele itself is very pretty and has a really nice sound to it. I'm new to the ukulele so I wouldn't be able to tell you how this ukulele's quality compares to a higher end version but i'm quite satisfied with the quality. Plus the finish is really cool and unique. The ukulele sounds nice and I'm glad to have it for when I go backpackingThe included items are a nice bonus too. I already had a clip on tuner and capo for guitar but having both included definitely sweetens the deal. I use the tuner often and it works well and is easy to use. I haven't used the capo yet but it's a capo there's not a whole lot to it. The strap for the ukulele leaves a little to be desired but it's so easy to hold this and play it without a strap I don't see that being an issue. The bag's padded well enough. I wouldn't trust it to stand up to any external force but for carrying from my house to a buddy's it works fine.

Full disclosure, I am not a ukulele expert, but have played a lot of guitars and a couple cheap, novelty ukes. I didn't have great expectations for a $65 instrument, but what I got blew me away! This thing is beautiful and sounds great. The tuner works fine. The included gig bag, and accessories make this a steal. I will update if anything changes, but I love this thing....and I suspect you will too!
