The switch works, but the light is very dim
I bought this lighted switch for my wife's woodshop. The old SPST toggle switch is about 4' from the door, so if you enter the shop at night, the switch is hard to find. I bought this switch primarily for the LED function, so she could find the switch.The switch was easy to install, attractive, and works fine. However, the light output is less than the glow from a dying firefly. It's disappointing for its intended use.

A Match Puts out more light
If you’re looking for a night light that puts out some light, this is not the device to buy. It doesn’t put out any light, just a pen light to find the switch. I don’t recommend this as a night light.

Not working for Recessed LED Light
Working well for the Fan switch but can not turn off Completedly the Recessed LED Light, leaving the Light on Dim mode. So don’t use it on a light and you’ll be just fine,

Standard quality on the inside. Matte white finish outside is nice
Installation was a breeze. Everything is standard quality similar to Levitron or other. Easy install terminal slots where you can push the tip of the wire in, is also pretty standard these days. There were no markings for hot and neutral however but not sure if that matters for a regular two way switch. Works fine and should last.

Decent switch but probably few bucks more expensive than at your local big box store
The switch installed fine, works exactly as you'd expect, and seems to be of standard quality. The light is dim, but that is my preference for use in a media room where I watch movies in the dark etc. The only negative is that this is a few dollars more expensive than if I just got it at my local big box stores.

LED is just enough, but not a night light
I was hoping that the LED would have been brighter, so it would provide a little more illumination for the immediate area around the switch. With that aside, the LED does its job to locate the switch in a dark room. Wiring of the single pole model was easy.I was going into a 2-gang box, so I didn't use the cover plate with it, but I used it elsewhere. I liked the clean no-crew look of the faceplate once it was up.The feel of the click of the switch is a little different than the Leviton I was using. The Leviton has a softer click to it than this Lider unit.Overall, this is a good deal for a single pole LED illuminated switch with an upgraded wall plate
