There are 6 different pills in the pouch. They say not to take before bedtime, don't do it you'll be up for awhile. There is no bad taste, or foul smell. Just follow instructions and your good.

Y’all please do research all of these supplements will cause you to go restroom and also cause nausea and throw up will happen if you’re body is not hydrated and you have food. I threw up had to call in at work and this caused me to go restroom bad!!! Do not take

I have used about half of the box and have really liked it. I have clearly shed a good bit of water weight and my gut has noticeably trimmed down. I get good energy for my workouts and don't have a crash from it. I have noticed that I have to make sure to drink a lot more water or I start to get a headache. I feel great on it as long as I get plenty of water.

Took this for a month straight, went into a caloric deficit and worked out 4-5 days a week consistently. My scale or body fat percentage did not budge at all.

I really really tried to like these. But omg when I take it I feel like I am about to die. I thought maybe I was just not feeling well. But I notice once I take it is when I start to feel like I’m having a heart attack. My chest hurts, and breathing feel funny. I hate I wasted $50.
