The taste is minty. It’s not chalky. My gums look healthier. I haven’t had any bleeding of the gums. My entire mouth feels cleaner.I typically brush 2 to 3 times a day. This tube, might last me about six weeks. You do not need to use a tremendous on your toothbrush. Less than a dime size is more than enough. Give it a try! You won’t regret it.
