Warm these in your hand first
Normally, I might get these from my hearing aid provider. Since we’ve moved, I haven’t found were to go & Amazon is so easy.

Best domes for my Oticon hearing aids
I had to try a lot of domes until my audiologist gave me a pair of open vent like this. They allow the amplification of high frequencies I have lost but don't isolate ambient lower frequency sounds so that all I hear are the amplified high frequency sounds. That harsh sound of crinkling paper or other similar souns no longer bothers me since so many other sounds enter through the open vent.One thing I found, you have to change the open vents more frequently because they run a little looser in your ear canal, but these are a great price making it affordable to change them every couple of weeks. I highly recommend them.
