First, it took a couple of days for me to try out this pillow. My kids thought it was so cool looking, so they HAD to try it first. It's an interesting design that allows you to adjust the center point of the pillow to the level you desire while not altering the hardness very much. I'm a side sleeper, so the contour of the front really matched well. The big bonus that I hadn't expected was the covering. I'm very particular about my pillowcase (bamboo cover--I take it with me when I travel). This pillowcase has the same soothing and cooling feel. I've been very satisfied with the comfort and performance of this pillow to this point.

Not comfortible

I'm not sure if this is really what it says it is. It's advertised is a cervical pillow for neck pain. I tried it one night and woke up the next morning with the ore neck, and what I had. So l, for That, it did no good whatsoever. Was going to send it back. But I found a use for it. It works quite well as a back support in my recliner. So that's what I'm using it for. But as far as I cervical pillow for neck pain to sleep on, no. It did not work for me.

This pillow is amazing. I used to wake up with my neck feeling old and cramped. After sleeping on this pillow a few times, I now wake up with my neck and shoulder muscles relaxed. The bladder can be a bit difficult to pump up at times, but it holds the air well and is probably just something I need to get used to. It arrived quickly and was packaged well.

I have searched a lot for a comfortable pillow that will support my neck while I sleep at night. I thought this would be a good option because it is adjustable. The pump works fine to adjust the neck support and I assume it will work great for an average sized head. I am petite with a small head. I find most adult sized hats too large for me. Unfortunately this pillow is too high for my neck with the adjustable pump fully deflated. I gave it 3 stars because it didn’t work for me.

I am very happy with this purchase. The pillow is extremely comfortable and after sleeping on it for a week my neck and shoulder pain has gone away. I have bad allergies and this pillow is great, I have had no issues and my allergies have actually Improved. I wake up feeling rested. It’s easy to adjust and clean with the removable cover. I’m very happy with this purchase and highly recommend.
