Came Flat packed but easy to assemble on my own, all parts were in the box and in perfect condition. works really well, have been using it now for several months fully loaded with 10 plan hangers and does exactly what a plan holder should do. only downside which is isn't really a downside is the bulky nature but this adds to the sturdiness.Cany fault it 5*

I have used this drawing rack before and have been pleased. So was very disappointed to find two of the 4 wheels were broken and unusable.Hoping these wheels an be replaced by the supplier rather than return the whole product?

Arrived very quickly good quality stand this one was to replace an old one, strong and sturdy.

This is a clever product and there aren’t many alternatives to plan chests that are affordable and lightweight. That’s the good thing about this product.It arrived in quite a big box but inside there was very little protection so that everything was just rattling around. It has 4 plastic castor wheels already attached and two of these were broken (see photo). All the screws and bolts were also loosely flying around inside the box so it’s a good job the box wasn’t damaged because these would have been lost.I didn’t really want to return this product so tried to contact the company Q-Connect to see if I could get the wheels sent. I got not response via email so called them in Belgium. They were friendly and helpful but they said the responsibility for this particular product is with a UK company - Vow Wholesalers based in Sheffield. I contacted them but they said you have to deal directly with Amazon. I then spoke to Amazon and was offered three options - 20% off, return or replacement. Seeing as this damage seems to be a recurring theme from other reviewers the likelihood of it turning up damaged again was very high so I went for the discount. Given the recurring issue I hope Amazon addresses the problem with the packaging as is quite a simple thing to rectify.I have removed the wheels and ordered some more from another company - they need to have 10mm screw thread. Actually it functions well without the wheels.But then there is the issue of assembly. It’s quite fiddly to do on your own as I had to and best if there are two of you. The instructions are very basic and once built you then have to work out how the holders sit on the hanger as there are no instructions for this - either with the hanger or the holders. It’s actually very simple - there is a small groove on one side of the black plastic handle on the holders that you slot onto the frame. I wonder if this is what one of the viewers meant by missing fixings?The final issue is the cost of the holders. I just ordered 1 A0 and 1 A1 at £65 together. This is too much for what they are! The whole system is really designed for architecture and design so that you have one holder per project. For drawings and paintings it’s a bit fiddly because you have to keep aligning the edges to fit in the holder but it’s not bad. I will need quite a few holders and this is going to make it quite expensive. Don’t go for the pack of 10 as this is for a different product!!Generally I’m quite happy with the product but in retrospect I would have waited and gone for a vintage second hand plan chest instead. Onwards.

Item turned up quick and was as described. Good quality construction.

Delivery was prompt and product as expected. It was missing some plastic stoppers to fit over the bolts though

Unfortunately the stand came broken and this was the second time the first time we just bought another wheel thinking it was a one off but then the second one came and the same thing had happened again.Not sure if its a delivery issue or manufacturing.
