Fan
It's very strong and gives off cool air due to the blades being metal. It is not noisy. I will be purchasing another one.

Good quality fan
This is a good quality fan. I was looking for a fan to use outside on the patio and this does a great job. It produces enough air to enjoy outdoors on hot days. I thought the base was metal, but it is a hard plastic that is heavy and durable.

Broke within months
This fan was great at first but after a month a half the fan made a weird noise, it started as something lil and got worse. Tried cleaning it multiple times. Then suddenly not to long after the the fan noise got worse. I checked all bolts were tight cleaned the fan again, but this time the fan did not spin you can hear the motor trying to work but nothing. Can’t get no support as of right now

Great velocity
This fan was easy to assemble although the pictures were a little confusing but it was intuitive to put together. It really has much more velocity than other floor fans. The adjustment of height is really easy and useful. It is very sturdy and heavier than other floor fans.

I’m pleased with this fan..
Fans with metal blades (my preference) are getting harder and harder to find - at least within a reasonable price range. Metal bladed fans just seem to move the air better, with less blade fluttering. Though this was a bit more than I wanted to spend, I decided to give it a try. It’s a brand I’m unfamiliar with, so I purchased the extended warranty coverage - for $6 odd bucks, it was worth it. The paperwork does contain an “extended” warranty (one year) if you register the fan.I received this with a VERY badly damaged box. I was shocked that, upon unpacking, the contents were undamaged. There was one manufacturing issue though, one that would have caused the fan to list at an approximate 15 degree angle, if I hadn’t caught it and fixed it before assembly - it was the attachment flange, where the pole attached to the weighted base. The “corners” weren’t flush with each other. A pair of pliers and some gentle coaxing lined them back up.This doesn’t come with instructions - it has a pictogram - there’s a difference. I don’t mind pictograms, if they’d at least print them large enough to see the details it’s trying to illustrate. I didn’t need them for the assembly though - just a peeve of mine. If I HAD needed them, I’m not sure how useful they would have been - there were a couple illustrations that had me wondering what the heck they were trying to point out.The only stumbling point I had during assembly, that made me go back for a “do-over” was when attaching the face. There’s a small nut and bolt that has to be removed, then put back in place after the face grate goes on - I missed seeing it the first try. And no, it wasn’t something covered in the pictograms. This does seem to wobble a bit after assembly, where the pole attaches to the base, when standing without running. No amount of tightening fixes it. It doesn’t affect it when it’s running though - that’s smooth, quiet, and vibration / wobble free. It moves a good amount of air, even on it’s lowest setting.Overall, I’m very happy with this fan and would recommend it.

Nice and sturdy
This is my third Vie Air fan. I bought an 18 inch three years ago and at same time the larger 20 inch. This order I'm replacing the 18 inch which lasted three years. Love them... especially the fact they're made totally of metal. I refuse to deal with the plastic type. Assembly isn't the easiest but once it's finished there's no worries. This one is also very quiet. Looks great and performs great.

From one room to another effortlessly
I got this fan for my neighbor because I have enjoyed the floor fans so well. The footprint of his apartment is smaller than mine and when he needed a fan to push the air from one room to another, I got him this.It came solidly packaged. The base is nicely weighted so there is no risk of accidental tipping. Putting it together took less than ten minutes. I think I spent more time finding a screwdriver than the actual put together. It pushes the air from the den into his bedroom effortlessly. He told me he is sleeping better because of it.I would highly recommend this fan for anyone who needs to move some air and save money on heating and cooling costs.
