Q: How do you set it to go 2 in to 1 out? Seems like the default is 1 in and 2 out?

You're looking at the wrong kind of product. KVM switches are all 1 in and 2 out. many in, 1 out, is a USB C hub. Depending on what you are using it for, such a thing doesn't exist for USB C. USB C hubs can only split data and maybe charging. If you split a USB C port, you won't be able to split display capabilities.

Yes, the bidirectional switcher supports hdcp 2.3

Yes, it's a bidirectional switcher that can split 1 HDMI source to 2 monitors, but not at the same time.

Q: Will this support 2 audio systems with arc and 1 tv with arc so i could switch between audo system from 1 tv source ?

I don’t think this will do that. There’s only hdmi inputs, and one output. There’s no inputs for separate audio. This is going to switch between your inputs and output it in the one output to tv. For example I have a video game system and streaming tv device both connected to the inputs of this device with hdmi. I can choose one of those to output both audio and video (via hdmi) on this device. I cannot separate audio from video. I don’t actually know what arc is but hopefully this give you enough info to know your answer. This device is VERY simplistic.
