No heavy perfumes, easy to apply to tops of feet and toes, smoothes right into the skin, very good at immediately relieving burn and itch, did not notice any cooling effect; but I was just so glad to have the burn and itch immediately relieved that I may have not noticed it. Jar seems very small once you see it, but you do not have to use much of this cream.

I bought this to alleviate symptoms of jock itch right before I embarked upon a three week vacation. I used it twice a day for three weeks. It's similar to other 1% clotrimazole creams and lotions, but a lot easier to apply from a tub than from a tube, which is how most of these creams are normally dispensed. The smell is slightly medicinal, but not offensive. You might think from the HUGE photo on the product page that this is an enormous tub... not really. You're getting two ounces. But that's certainly enough to last three weeks and there is no wasted product, as you can reach right into the tub and get every last drop. That's an advantage over the stuff that comes in tubes. Bonus: I ran the empty tub through the dishwasher and it now doubles as an excellent classy little stylish black container to store vitamins in my medicine cabinet.Did this work? Sadly, no. Not for me. Not sure why, but whatever benefit I got from using this antifungal cream was mostly related to the moisturizer. The scaling and cracking went away, but the itch and burning did not. Late in my trip, I was in Cozumel and bought another over the counter clotrimazole cream. Once back home, I used that and my jock itch cleared up in four or five days. So, my experience with this product is that it's an excellent moisturizer, and there certainly is some benefit in that, but its antifungal properties are not as effective. YMMV, and for many it clearly does, based on some of the other glowing reviews. My experience was very different; perhaps I got a bad batch?

I have tried several products for a rash. It was suggested during a mammogram to try this product so I ordered it. It was made and sold for one thing but whatever ingredients it is made of worked for me. Finally, a product that worked.

This is same amount of antifungal medicine that you can find at Dollar Tree. It is not worth $26. You can mix the tube from Dollar Tree with lotion on your own because that's what this company did. Simply Vital doesn't even sell this on their website simplyvital.us anymore.
