Upon opening it did have a strong odor. The size is great for a standard toilet and bathroom sink. It looks very good, absorbs water and is soft to the touch.

Cute Little Bathroom Rugs
They're little small, but it does the job. Super soft. Got them for our spare bathroom for our guests. Good price for them so I'm happy with my purchase!

Perfect texture, color, and grip, but unusually small
I finally found the perfect texture and color bath rug set, it grips the floor nicely and feels wonderful under my feet, only to be shocked to find that the main mat is significantly smaller than usual, close to the size of an oblong toilet seat. Thankfully the rug that actually contours the toilet is the usual size and fits perfectly. Typically that contoured rug is smaller than the main rug. Not in this case. The main rug for the sink and tub area is so small it’s like stepping on a little island. Why? Please make the main rug the usual size. It’s perfect otherwise and would have readily earned a 5 -star rating from me.
