This bed came in 1 box, and it came days earlier than I was expecting it!! It wasn't supposed to arrive until 2-26 to 2-28 and it was there on 2-23-24. I waited until Saturday morning to put it together, once I opened the box and got everything out it took me about 2 hours to put it together by myself. The bed is low to the floor since it is a platform bed, however since I had a box that my mattress was already sitting on I put it on the bed frame and then my mattress and it made it not so low! It says you don't need a box spring but it you already have it I would suggest using it anyway. I am happy with purchasing this bed frame and it did not break the bank!Only con would be that the drawers do not have rails that they sit on but they do have wheels and they do close flush with the bed.

My wife and I chose this bed for it's looks and features, and the bed was shipped quicker than we anticipated. Easy to put together, clear instructions, package nicely. The only downside, which was no fault of the seller, FedEx delivered the bed too the wrong address. We contacted FedEx about the misshipment since the picture showed a different house from ours, which was a hassle. FedEx was not much help during this issue, only saying that they were "looking into it". We contacted the seller and received a response in about an hour, with them willing to ship a new bed. We asked them to wait until the time period for the FedEx claim expired. Fortunately, it was finally delivered two days after it was delivered to the wrong house. The seller was great in their communication and willingness to resolve the issue. FedEx on the other hand, could learn something firm this seller.

Came with damaged headboard and a Chinese cigarette. Only offered a $20 refund. Wouldn't recommend purchasing.
