Myofascial release massage is something I have not heard or seen a lot of before seeing the listing for this tool. The tool comes in a decent padded snap shut sheath to store and protect it. The tool itself feels very solid and heavy with a polished steel finish. The edges around one side of the interior handle are a little rough with all other edges smooth. The exterior edges come to a nice beveled edge that slide over skin fairly easy to provide a good massage. The end point spheres look like they were welded on but also feel solid. There are no included paper instructions but there are instructions on this listing on the techniques for different areas.

I have wanted one of these for years after a couple of rounds of PT that included this kind of therapy. Now that I have one, I can work out some problems in my feet and legs, and this tool does that well. The different curves offer a lot of versatility, and the two different ball sizes are great for palms and feet.I did not have any discomfort using the tool, but one of my friends said the edges inside the handle portion were too harsh of an angle and weren’t comfortable to them. It didn’t bother me, but I see what they mean. I may take a file to the tool and round those off if it bothers me.Overall, great product and highly effective for therapy.

I did not know this existed as a tool. I often have to really dig in with my thumbs to get some muscle relief on my legs from hiking. I love this scraper tool and the design. The little round ends are a dream for deep massage areas. My only comment is that the machined out areas for hands and fingers have fairly rough edges and the larger hole area has a metal burr. I took some sand paper and corrected some of the issue, but this should be address at the production level. Overall this is five stars for the use, and minus one for the machined sharper edges.
