I highly recommend getting the book and the audible. Because RJ holds such a very high frequency reading and listening to him narrate the book will exponentially expand the healing and transformation you receive.As RJ says, "The tangibility of the experience is the evolution of consciousness." By applying what he is teaching in "Access Super Consciousness," you will have the tangible experience of connecting with the Sentience, the limitless, immortal, Divine I AM presence that is within us all. As RJ explains, this presence is inside us, located behind the heart and in front of the spine.If you choose, you can flip to the back of the book and start reading the teachings and doing the meditations! There are a total of 24 ~ 12 Tenets of Self-Mastery and 12 Timeless Truths to Raise Your Frequency. RJ recommends doing one for a week, then moving to the next one. Be prepared to Journal, as putting pen to paper creates something magical!Here is my movie reference and analogy... there's a scene in "Pretty Woman," where Julia Roberts shows Richard Gear how to drive that Lotus Esprit!!! The analogy of the character played by Richard Gear, is the fractured, patterned subconscious egoic mind that is lost, can't find 1st, is grinding the gears, doesn't have the lights on, and is lurching down the road in fits and starts. In this analogy, when the Sentience (played by Julia Roberts) gets in the driver's seat, it knows how to drive this vehicle and makes it "corner like it's on rails!"By using the teachings and simple meditations that RJ Spina has given us in "Access Super Consciousness" (the 'technical manual' if you will), we can finally "drive" this incarnation, this body-mind complex, get into the flow state, shift into higher frequencies, and CREATE a life we were always intended to experience."I wonder... the ways I AM creating, in this eternal NOW moment, a life that "corners like it's on rails..." with Power, Joy, Grace and Ease."UPDATE: I am actively working RJ Spina's processes! This book is a masterpiece. Coming in contact with the timeless truth was a powerful, transcending and shifting revelation. For me, Access the Consciousness was a life changing journey. I could not put the book down. Thanks to the audiobook version I was able to finish reading/ listening to it in less then 2 days. RJ voice narrating is such powerful transmission that adds to the whole experience. The first chapter was so personal, deep and moving that it left me lost for words, simply it is hard to articulate the massive impact it had on me.If you want to get to know the real you, the real self ( with a capital S) and free yourself from your conditioned mind ( EMI- ego mind identity) and the disharmony of the lower consciousness this book will help you to deconstruct and detatch from the limiting false identifications. This work of a true master will take you deep within yourself to bring out more of who you really are. This is not a book of information, but a book that gives us the profound wisdom that transcends knowledge, the eternal truths and tenets. This book offers simple, tangible magick tricks to help us stay in the present moment and the meditations included are profound, yet simple and easy to follow. RJ is a true timeless teacher of humanity; he is an ascended master. I feel honored and grateful to be one of his many students.
