Disc Golf Driver | Flying Golf Discs Set of 6 for Beginners – DIY Your Discs

I don't know much about disc golf but these were fun for my family. There were enough for seven of us to each have a driver, mid-range, and putter. I can't speak to the quality as I have not used any other discs, but for family fun these are a great deal.

Oh silly ambien, you got me good this time . I’ve never played disc golf or had any desire to play—well correction, apparently I did desire to be a disc golfer one night . I wasn’t really sure what these colorful little frisbee thingies were when I opened them and can’t really comment on their quality but they def deserve several stars for giving me a good laugh and now Im committed at trying my hand at disc golf someday .

Honestly these discs are amazingly good for being about ~$2 a disc, I tend to use them when Im worried about ending up in a creek, or thick woods, or a pond, but they work well in general, note they are very stiff, and only come in a single weight per type ( putter, mid range, distance driver) but good rookie discs, and a good 'throw away' discs for 'dangerous' holes

They are great quality for beginners if you feel you might lose a disc or two until you get better.

My dog loves playing with the Frisbee, catching them and with me throwing them far she will run fast enough to catch them

The only thing I wish is that they were marked with either mid range driver or putter. Overall, it is a great starter set for many friends to play at the same time.

For starting out in disc golf, you could do worse. The plastic is pretty rigid, so likely fragile. However, they fly decently well. I wish they had flight numbers on them, but alas - they don't. I actually like the putter - it's almost 'Ultimate'-style traditional frisbee feel, but it flies true and it dies really fast.

I haven't ever played disc golf before so I have no idea what the discs are suppose to feel like but this set is very solidly built and should survive for a long time. They take a bit to get use to, they do not handle the same as a traditional Frisbee so you do need to adjust how to you throw. I wasn't able to get the same distance I've seen people throw gold discs in videos but once you get the hang of them they fly straight and are solid enough to hold up well with some wind.

Nothing spectacular but was a good purchase for a stagdo where we needed multiple sets of discs
