Actually really nice!
I previously wore Russian pointes but they were discontinued so I’m searching for my new favorite pair. So first I wold definitely suggest sizing up. I wear an 11 and bought an 11 but they’re more like a 10.5. Secondly, the shank is completely plastic so it’s good for support as it’s very hard. The width is average- def not wide or narrow. And the box is tapered with a thin gel right on the inside of the platform. The suede top offers a smidge more resistance than regular satin. Also it come with satin ribbons attached but I cut them and sewed them where I like them. The shoes also come with cotton ribbons and elastic so you don’t have to buy the elastic separately if you don’t want to. Also they do have the drawstring on the side which I don’t think makes a difference from the front drawstring tbh. The toe pads are exactly like the ouch pouches. My only real complaint is the sizing because the 11 is definitely too small for me especially with toe pads.

Received wrong size
First off these shoes are some of the best “cheap” pointe shoes i’ve tried off amazon. The material is thick and very well made, almost mimicked a Gaynor shoe. I love that it came with elastic and ribbons attached and the drawstring on the side, very well thought out. I am a size 9 in my street shoes, so I ordered a 9, but received an 11? Not sure what happened there but nonetheless I still wanted to write a review. They are very comfortable when in pointe, the vamp is a little short, kind of feels like I will fall over the shoe, but it is easy and painless to get over the box. The toe pads are very nice and comfortable on my feet. I have wider, flatter feet with very little arch, so comfort is important to me and these are very comfortable! Just wish I had my proper size. All in all, I would recommend these for training or a regular class, maybe not performance.UPDATE: after having them for almost a week, the draw strings come loose very quickly and no matter how tight I make them they seem to just stretch out more. The shoe is constantly slipping off my heel without the elastic. I sprayed the heel with water to tighten the satin, it helped a little, but not enough. I think a size 10 would be good.

A decent shoe
First off, don't buy pointe shoes (ANYWHERE) unless you've been cleared to start pointe. I know you read that everywhere, but you can SERIOUSLY injure yourself if your ankles are not ready. SO DO NOT BUY THEM UNLESS YOUR TEACHERS HAVE TOLD YOU THAT YOU'RE READY.Second, these are an amazon pointe shoe, they are not the same quality as a traditional shoe you'd find in a dance shop. That said, they are remarkably good for what they are.Third, sizing with these is interesting. You're going to want to go up AT LEAST 2 sizes from your normal street shoe. (If you wear a 7, get a 9.) BUT if you have WIDE FEET, GO UP ANOTHER SIZE. (If you wear a 7 AND have WIDE FEET, get a 10.) I usually wear a 6 in street shoes, and I have wide feet. The 9's fit VERY well. These shoes have a hard/stiff shank. It's plastic, so it won't wear as quickly, but if you prefer very flexible shanks these are probably going to bother you. The vamp of the shoes could be higher, so if you prefer a high vamp, these may bother you. And while they come with ribbons and elastics you can sew on, they do come with a loop of ribbon attached already. Personally, these ribbons were usable for me, but not exactly where I would have placed them AND I cut the loop at the halfway point so I could actually tie them (the loop just isn't how I prefer to attach my ribbons). I do like that the elastic through the rim of the shoe tightens on the side. I LOVE the suede fabric on the box (helps prevent slipping). And I like that they come with the ribbons and elastics for you to attach. They also come with toe pads that are fairly thick and work well.Honestly, these are good cheap shoes. They're not going to fit everyone, but if they do fit you, they're great. They fit me well. I don't know that I'd be using these for performances, but that's not what I was looking for. I wanted a shoe that wouldn't break the bank and that I could wear to get back into practice. These are perfect for that. I can't say if they'll wear out quicker than normal pointe shoes. In theory they're made of plastic, so they shouldn't, but everyone kills their shoes at a different rate. These are great for people who've taken a break from pointe and just want to get back into it. And would be great for dancers who are just starting pointe and don't know if they want to stick with it.AND AGAIN: PLEASE DO NOT GO ON POINTE IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN CLEARED TO DO SO. I don't care how pretty or fun you think it is, you can ruin your career, or otherwise end up in a cast for months because of improper technique and unready ankles. DO NOT DO IT.

Not horrible
These are cheap shoes but they aren’t bad. You’ll need to size up from your street shoe at least two sizes. I’m a 7. I got an 8 and my toes are pushing up against the edge inside the shoe. You’ll also need to cut the ribbons and tie them in a better spot depending on where your arch ends. I wish they didn’t see them on so I didn’t have to cut them out. If you have a problem with disappearing heels these are not the shoes for you. I do and I tied the elastics so I wouldn’t have the issue as much but they could slide right off if I tried. They feel fine for cheap though.

Calidad profesional a precio razonable
Excelentes puntas! Recomiendo pedir medio número más grande que tu talla usual. Son hermosas y a buen precio. Dan buen soporte al pie y vienen con sus punteras, además la punta externa bien protegida con piel.
