Easy to set up. The call quality is clear, and I love that it comes with two handsets and batteries. The speakerphone is loud and clear, and the caller ID/call waiting works just like it should. Great option for a simple home or office phone setup.

I quickly needed a set of cordless phone for my parents house and settled on this set because it had 4 handsets for not a lot of money ($44.99). I am very happy with this product. It isn't the best cordless phone system -- the sound quality isn't perfect. But for the price, it is great product. Bought this for our home as I just wanted to check if it was the line that was faulty or if it was the physical phone which was the issue.It turns out it was the old AT&T phone which my sister had for decades was the issue so has now been removed and replaced by this.The ring is not very loud.If you live in a very quiet area it'll be fine.You would not be able to hear the phone ringing if you are outside the house.If in kitchen and living room one can hear it ring.We live in a very busy main road in the Caribbean so that has to be taken into consideration.My sister is elderly and though she has use of a cell phone, she is more used to a land line.Migraine calls her mobile phone and there is no answer they can definitely get her in the land line.I still consider a landline a life line as often the WiFi is patchy +/- intermittent.Don't know how long it will last, so will do another review say in 6 months.

I thought this would be simple. For me its not. I just wanted a backup up phone to carry with me as my cell died and all I had was a really old landline for faxing. Im still searching for a cell replacement to suit my elderly needs. I do not need all the bells and whistles and trusting anyone is tough. Like many things its too slippery for my crippled hands. I'm always dropping things due to the plastics today. Glad it was cheap. Get what you paid for but it'll do unless I give up on a cell. Elderly are rarely considered in this world and getting old truly sucks.

The phones are adorable. About the size of a larger cellphone. They're easy to navigate without looking at the directions. The speakerphone is easier to find than most phones and is loud enough that my hard if hearing mother could hear it fine. Being able to choose a different ring tone for both handsets is my favorite feature. For a land kind phone these do the job and function better than most cordless phones. My only complaint is not knowing of or where there is a call button of the phone gets lost.

I would have to say the quality felt good but the technical side of this product for the price was lets just say pretty poor. They have a very weak signal within 10 feet clear line of sight. It will just get real garbled. Battery life maybe 2-3 hrs
