Stretch
Great for leg exercise

Good for workout, but snapped
Snapped, so I need to buy another. Otherwise, great product for working out. I use it for bicep curls.

Great for stretching if you have plantar fascitis
I bought this to band in order to stretch my plantar muscle. They recommend a towel stretch, but the band is easier and seems to work better. The band is long enough to place on the ball of my foot and stretch the leg out to pull the ball back and add resistance. Also, it is easy to change from foot to foot by just relaxing the band slightly and sliding one foot in and taking the other out. I use it in the morning another times, but it really helps first thing in the morming. Feet have improved greatly.I think itworks better than a towel as a towel is less flexible and requires some bending over.IAnd, sometimes I just use it for normal stretching and resistance.

Highly Recommend
My sister had purchased this product and highly recommended it when I told her that I was starting to develop flappy skin. She said that the resistance and the sustainability of this band would really help me tighten and tone as long as I was using it everyday. Well it's been a month+ and I absolutely swear by this item. It's giving me the gratification that I was needing. Thank you for offering such an outstanding and easy to use rubber band.

To amplify any exercise or create a new one!
I use it to amplify any exercise or make up a new one! I usually do arm/back workouts with it, but it can be used in so many ways. It comes with a booklet of ways to use, and the internet is also a huge help if you’re looking for inspo. Good quality band and I love aqua-colored one I bought!

Good and durable
Strong and durable, thick enough, a little coarse surface, but cause no problem.It is wider than other typical bands.

Can do most Pilates exercises
I have been missing my Pilates class. I realized that I needed resistance to do anything useful at home. I bought these bands in 4 weights. The extra heavy and extra extra heavy work best for me. I am able to figure out how to use them for most Pilates exercises and a few I made up.

Never snapped on me
I've been using it for more then 6 month (every other day; moderate level) and the band hasn't snapped or started threading. I can see some 'wrinkles' (which do not impact my daily exercise) - so kind of stretched a little but i guess this is expected for the product for ~$7. Overall good experience, nice feeling on the hand, does not slip when the hand is sweaty. It is a bit wide for my kind of exercises so i fold it.
