I am giving this gel a 4.7 and only taking a few little fractions off because I am unsure how this would hold off to sweat.One little jar that packs quite a bit of color for someone with short hair like me.I opened the package without even realizing they had provided gloves and little ear covers (I missed that detail in the product's description).I started covering the top part of my hair which is a little longer AND curly. What is really liked about this is that it took very little gel to cover the parts of my hair that are still dark brown and it just gave my silvers a really cool shine.It even has a bit of a hold and enough for molding. Not heavy duty molding that would spike curly hair straight but enough that keep the hair from curling back if that is what is desired.I wore it for 3 days straight, I went in the rain, I did some gardening (so sweat) and it held up pretty well for the most part. There was a bit of a leak around my ears and just a bit on my forehead that I clean up really quickly with a wet cloth. That's the reason I took some a bit off the stars, if I went dancing with that on, I might end up with a back and face full of silver seepage.Even so, I found that the gel colors covers dark hair really well and held well enough to earn a good rating.It washed off with just water in minutes and there was hardly any residue left to shampoo out.I got this because I was considering bleaching my hair silvery white which is a pretty permanent and potentially damaging process. This might just work well enough for me not to have to bleach.

I have some naturally gray/white hair around my face, while the rest is mostly brown with scattered gray. I applied this product to a strip just behind my natural gray stripe. See photos.Pros:Fairly easy to apply - kit comes with plastic gloves, ear covers, and cape to wear. Directions say to add to 80% dry hair and then blow dry.Color looks pretty natural. I thought it blended with my natural gray hair, and added a bit of shine.Worked well on dark hair. The color shifts with the light and blends with the underlying color, rather than looking artificial or chalky.I think you could get pretty intense color by using more product.Cons:One container is intended to be enough for only a single use.This is a gel, so it leaves hair feeling crunchy and stiff when first applied, then greasy if brushed out. I didn't like the texture of my hair with this product added.Can't really use hot styling tools, because the product melts off. You have to style using a hair dryer or choose a slick style.Overall: I think this would be a great product to use on either very short hair or hair that has been slicked down or back into a style that doesn't need to move; in other words, as a substitute for gel. The color is nice and gives shine, but is not good for the soft curled styles shown in the product photos.

Got this for a costume cosplay event. The grey is very shiny so go lightly to make it look natural. The was is nice as it helps shape your hair and color it. Run off easy to clean from skin. It washed out quickly with hot water and shampoo after. Resistant to light sweat but maybe don't use if your going to be in hot theater lights

Color is as advertised but it has strong odor.Hair turned very stiff afterwards and has sticky feeling as well.It is more uncomfortable than expected so not for overnight or extended use.Luckily, it does wash off easily.

I already have natural grey streaks hair, but sometimes like to add some colored wax to my hair for that extra pop. I fully love the grey in my hair and love to highlight the contrast between the lighter and darker sections. I think this pomade would be great to give anyone that touch of grey at the temples for cosplay, etc. It does wash out super easy. The scent is like fresh clean soap. Highly recommended from this user!

This is fun idea for a special event or costume. It was fairly easy to apply and the kit included a cape, ear covers, and gloves for application. My son has fine hair, and this really weighed it down and made his hair look greasy throughout the night. We have used better products for temporary color, but this wasn't terrible. It might be better suited for more coarse hair.

I really wanted to like this product, but it was hardly noticeable in my hair, and left it looking and feeling greasy even after washing. My hair's a light brown, so it's not even something you could really argue my natural color being the problem. Also, the fact that my BARELY shoulder length hair took almost the entire container to get ANY noticeable affect is ridiculous. It's, essentially, almost $10 to style my hair once, and not even do a very good job at it

This is great for kids for 100th day of school, and would be great for a costume or cosplay or even just freshening up your look. It covers even dark hair. I don't care for the texture so it's not something I'd use often, but since the container is intended for only one use, it would work for a specific purpose.
