It's say in box you get 12 packs but I only got 1 30g pack not good

The mere sound of the packaging makes my bunnies and guinea pig get extremely excited. They absolutely love these. They smell delicious, a lovely apple fragrance and aren't rock hard, so even older bunnies can eat them. I find them really useful when a bunny is off their food and I suspect dental issues or them being unwell. We do the 'Treats Challenge'. If they don't eat these, we need to go to the vets that day and the sooner the better. So many treats sold as suitable for bunnies, aren't suitable at all. Many contain eggs, which rabbits and guinea pigs can't process. This should be avoided as they can cause problems for them. As with all treats, 1 or 2 are the maximum number you should feed rabbits and guinea pigs. They're good value and irresistible.

Advert states 12 packs but I was only sent 1 pack. Product is brilliant if u actually receive what is advertised but while the item title is unclear there is no guarantee you will get what u pay for. I've just paid over 18 quid for one packet and after an annoying customer service chat am awaiting my refund.

As a biscuit they are great, our bunnies love them but we ordered the packet of 12 here but only received 1 packet and isn’t returnable, much better off picking single packets at a time. If you look in the description you can see you are actually buying 1, not 12 like the title suggests.

It says you will recieve a box of 12 bags of 30g treats however I only recieved one?£14 for 1 small bag?

My bunnies absolute FAVOURITE treats! She goes crazy when she hears the packet! I would definitely recommend, no other treats seem to faze her as much as these so I'm now having to bulk buy (I ran out once and she honestly wasn't as happy those few days without one in the morning and at bed haha - never want to run out again!).

States a box contains 12 packets. Only 1 single packet received. Asked for them to send me a box as advertised or give me a refund and the company chose a refund and therefore did not honour the advertisement.

So glad I found these, as they were out of stock in the pet store, and I cannot imagine how our bunny would react at this point if he did not get one of these before bed time. Would be excellent for anyone looking to train their rabbits, considering that our bunny will do just about anything for them. Highly recommended.
