Initially, I had some issues with this device, but after some phenomenal customer support from Anker and some research on my end, I discovered the product works perfectly, but the USB-C connection on my laptop doesn’t support video connection; however, it works perfectly for my wife’s laptop, and it’s compact enough to be stored on the desk when not in use and remain out of the way.I would highly recommend it, but make sure your device can utilize the USB-C port for your intended purpose.

It works. I am able to add 2 monitors to my laptop. The only thing I complain about is that it doesn't come with an USB-C cable and charger.

Wife wanted one to use multiple monitors with her laptop and this fit the bill. Plug everything in and configure windows and away you go. No issues for months now.

Just what I needed. I replaced an off brand one from Best Buy that was horrible. This one works just great. No more fuzzy screens.

I could not get this thing to work properly with my dual monitor setup. It gave me one monitor at 3840X2160 and one at 800x600! How is that useful on two 32" monitors?

only complaint is it doesn't come with a charger but it is to be expected for the price.

This just works really well. It'd be hard to leave it anything less than a 5 star review cause it works exactly how it should. I like that I can use the USB c port on the dongle to charge my laptop while using the dongle for multiple screens and usb's.
