We ordered 2 of these (gold and blue) for Christmas gifts for my kids. We had to return the blue one right away because part of the screen didn't work and there was something under the screen protector that was on it. Received a new one, that one works but it is slower processing than the gold one we had. The gold one worked for 2 1/2 months then all the sudden the screen went black and will not come back on no matter what I do. Trying to reach out to seller because this is not acceptable.

The worst only last for 3 weeks took it to my country as a gift after 3 week stop charging change charger same thing phone turn off and never turn on back really bad experience
