As a mum of two boys, both still young and very sporty they seem to get bumps alot. This is a very cute first aid gel pack, and my son loved it instantly. It's soft all over, including around the edges, which is a bonus. However, I haven't found it as practical as I hoped since it cannot be frozen. I keep it in the fridge permanently, where it gets cool but not very cold. Additionally, when it comes to heating, it can't stay in hot water for long as it may potentially burst. It requires some attention, as it's filled with a green gel that could be toxic for young children. I find it helpful and cost-effective since it can be reused repeatedly, but if the child is very young, it requires constant supervision. My son has outgrown that stage, so it's perfectly fine for him.

I've only used this cold so far, but it can also be warmed in hot water.It's a great little helper. Ideal for keeping in the fridge for little bumps.

The cute teddy bear shape and print looks appealing to kids, making it more comforting than a typical gel pack.Unfortunately, the limited heating and cooling options make it less practical than standard gel packs. The cooling is by fridge, and not to be frozen at all, which isn't too bad, but the warming option asks for the pack to be heated in water, but not boiled, and it's just more complicated than it needs to be.It’s OK, but not the most effective and convenient, so I'm not keen on this at all. At £4.99, there are better options.

This is a great addition to a first aid kit when you have little ones. It looks appealing to toddlers and young children and it is a bonus you can use as a warm or cool pad. Personally, I keep in the fridge and use it to cool any scrapes or bumps etc.It's also a really decent price. I would recommend.

A great little cool pack to have at home - it’s not as big as some other ones which make it really useful for little heads and limbs. My daughter loved the design and was always happy to have “teddy” to make her better.
