We ordered this product on January 9th, and it took about four weeks to arrive since it was originally shipped from China. However, because the seller has limited control over the manufacturing process, the motor I received did not function properly. It appeared to be not like a new item and had multiple black ink marks, and the remote batteries were dead with some signs of discharge.I reached out to customer service, and they responded promptly, offering me a replacement motor. They also provided PDF instructions for installation and setting up the motor and remote. After reviewing the instructions, I realized that the motor had been pre-used and set to stop at a short distance. Following their guidance, I was able to reset it correctly while I wait for the replacement one.During my research for a solution, I accidentally came across another Amazon seller, ZStarr, who provides detailed video instructions. If you're struggling with installation, I recommend searching for their videos, as they sell the exact same product and the videos are great to guide the installation using the 'correct' way. In my case, the support strings were placed on the wrong side of the black roller, causing the shade to extend and collapse in the opposite direction related to the movement of the two end brackets, which led to it getting stuck when running the motor. I identified this issue by watching instructional videos from ZStarr and manually drilled new holes to reposition the strings correctly.Final Verdict:I’m giving this seller 5 stars, mainly due to their excellent customer service and the high-quality shade itself (only seller provide oversize shade). While the initial experience with the motor was frustrating, their support team was helpful in resolving the issue.

Beautiful skylight shades. Totally in love with it. Installation was a little bit challenging, but once we watched the video it all came together. It looks great in my living room. It opens and closes with a breeze. Would highly recommend it to anyone. The seller made sure to contact me before the product arrived to make sure the measurements were correct and also offered to assist if needed. Can’t ask for a better product. Looking to later buying another for my bathroom once we get it redone

Love it very much. The size is pretty much fitting into the size that I submitted to the seller. Installation is easy since the seller attached the installation video to this product description.

Works as intended and exactly how i thought it would work for our bedroom skylight. I purchased the solar cell also.

This product took a very long to arrive, even though I got a private message from the seller saying I would get this delivered much sooner, I had to wait a whole month for it to arrive.Measures of the product are not exact, and installation is extremely difficult as the frame which is supposed to be attached to the ceiling doesn’t even come with wholes in it. And it’s a metal frame… so between having no wholes to attach the screws in, and measurements being off, final product does not cover the whole skylight which was measured precisely to be fully covered. Overall this is by far overpriced for the product received. If it was priced accordingly, half what I actually paid for, it would be an ok value as you would expect flaws in the material and a finished product showing light through the frames. Not for the almost $600 I paid. I do not recommend this product at this price.

Ordered these blinds for out kitchen and bedroom. Had used them before and with the right measurements, fit perfect inside the windows used at the house. Love this product. Highly recommend to enhance the windows of the home!
