Finally a good, high protein bread. Not sure of it's essential amino acid content but it's better than any other I have tried. Freezes really well also.

what a pleasant surprise
...coming from somebody who doesn't normally like sliced bread and never think they're worth the price.i got mine as free sample, but would gladly pay for it when i want sandwiches.probably not for sandwiches that require delicate bread (like cucumber finger sandwich or hong kong style scrambled egg sandwich), but surprisingly good for a tomato sandwich and BLT. i'd imagine it would be superb for egg salad sandwich too. or smoked salmon cucumber cream cheese... or as soldiers with soft eggs... mmm... just yum!
