Great product

We purchased this to use as a temporary (5 min) per location device in industrial water treatment. A great idea that just doesn’t work reliably. Time consuming use. Must have an electrical outlet near by. Stick pads are a pain, can’t recommend.

Follow the installation instructions closely, or you'll have to repeat steps. Be prepared to troubleshoot. My installation was very straightforward but even so took closer to 1/2 hr - not 5 minutes. My issue now with the purchase is that the data available from the "basic" (free) plan is so limited, it is to me, worthless. I'll have to pay for a subscription to get the basic data I expected from a water meter, or return this device. Haven't decided that yet.

Showed up broken, pieces fell out of the wrapper when opened. No replacement was offered.

I’ve been running several Bluebots — two per cooling tower — across multiple towers that I manage. They’re very easy to install, easy to connect to the network, and they are reliable and accurate. The alerts are great, the reports are excellent, and most importantly, I love the support from the Bluebot team. I’ve saved a considerable amount of money simply by having constant monitoring for excessive water use.

I purchased this meter to help me find an underground water leak, I have an extensive underground water system so knowing which branch the leak was in sure helped. Installation of this meter was extremely easy on my 1-1/4" copper pipe (less than 5-minutes). After installation, the connectivity worked perfectly. I purchased the upgraded app so I could get more alerts. It is very cool getting a text telling me I have reached my water usage goal. The "real-time" feature allows you to see how much water you are using at each flush, and the hourly trending bar graph shows exactly how much water was used (hover over the bar). I love this meter so much I am putting one on each branch to show water flow and alerts. I wish there were 6-stars, as the connectivity is solid (Water Softener in same building and the water softener looses connectivity all the time)!

Product does not work on 2-4 inch pipes as the description reads. There is a separate product for pipe sizes larger that 2 inch. This product only works from 3/4 - 2 inch pipe diameters. The desciption is causing people to order the wrong item.
