This is a bright blue plastic gizmo with four heads, so you can hold it in a variety of ways to apply pressure to sore or aching parts of the body.I have been experiencing hip pain for some time and I’d noticed myself rubbing the area when I was standing. This massager provides me with a good tool to exert pressure. I would imagine that using it on one’s own back, neck and shoulders might be more problematic, but that would be the case for any massaging tool.It’s not bad value for money and at this price, it’s well worth giving it a go.

This provides a good kneading massage effect.You can hold it yourself but better if someone else does this for you - especially for less accessible areas.It all appears to be a single piece of plastic.. If you look hard you can see joint lines but these are almost invisible.It also looks cool in a translucent blue.Fairly priced at just under £9.Recommended.
