Flavor isnt great but i can justify the product works like a charm helping muscle recovery. I work 10 hours lifting glass ranging 60-150lbs all day so upper body sore, drinking this BCAA has helped

great tasting and definitely feel an energy boost.

This flavor tastes pretty good. It mixes well by using my normal shaker cup. It seems to be decent quality and I’ve been using it as a post workout. Helps with recovery!

ordered the fruit punch flavor and really love it....this is a great choice for a bcaa recovery drink, its very strong I felt it on the first dose.....so make sure it fits your needs, but it did return my partial lost sense of smell to normal within minutes after the first glass I made. its natural and sugarfree (which I like bc I will don't drink sugar anymore after 2020). BCAAs are great for fasting, people that are weight cutting, low protein diets, and recovery.also this preworkout specifically adds a blend of additional amino acids, and hydration. I compared it to gatorade zero and it has a good amount more about 100mg more of hydrating minerals than gatorade zero (which uses unhealthy cornsyrup and has no amino acids). the flavor isnt the best but that is normal for BCAA powders, just go with their instructions to make it cold.....I added splenda plus lime juice and it tasted good, also tried it with milk which I liked as well.this is such a great preworkout or supplement especially if you like bcaas, very very powerful and delivered as far as recovery and energy. im female and i loved the container and that the fruit punch flavor mixed to a nice natural pink drink color which i think is fun....they have tons of flavors. I would love to repurchase it again .loving the vibe of the brand made in canada, as well as the amazing quality of the preworkout drink overall they definitely know what they are doing. the container looks great also, expensive and high quality. really amazing quality 10/10....

Based on the name and label imaging I expected to get more of a lift using this. Maybe it's just me, but I'm not feeling it as much as I do with various pre-workout products I've tried. It seems to be of great quality, however, and I'm a firm believer in the value of BCAAs in conjunction with a workout program. It mixes well with water and the taste is fine. Good product, just don't expect to have you bouncing off the walls.
