I love the pan and will be buying a larger one. Most people these days don’t really know how to cook let alone how to properly use a frying pan. Too many are used to blasting the heat on high, burning their food, and releasing toxic fumes from cheap nonstick coatings. That’s why I was really impressed with this pan.This 8” non-stick frying pan is a game changer. It’s made from quality materials with a hybrid ceramic coating that’s free from PFAS, PFOA, and PTFE unlike brands like Hexclad, which still use PTFE. This pan is a healthier alternative and performs just as well, if not better.I’ve made crepes and Moroccan baghrir on it, and nothing stuck. It heats evenly, holds temperature well, and my eggs come out perfectly every time without needing much oil. The stay cool handle is a nice touch, it never gets hot and it’s safe for the oven, and all cooktops including induction. Cleans very easily just water and wipeOne tip: don’t crank it to high heat right away. Let it heat up gradually, and always have something in the pan to distribute the heat. Like any good cookware, take care of it never add cold water to a hot pan, and avoid using metal utensils to keep the surface intact.Overall, this pan is a solid addition to any kitchen. If you’re trying to move away from toxic coatings and still want great performance, this is the one to get. UPDATE:This store reached out to me to say they apologize for their product not meeting expectations and offered me a smaller pan for free as a way of expressing their apology. I've used this pan for several weeks now and it has been wonderful. I actually remembered to update this review when I was cleaning day-old hamburger grease and fat off it and it took literally 5 seconds. If this is the typical quality of their cookware then I must have just gotten a fluke the first time around.When we got our 10" pan it was a very good non-stick pan. We used it for about a week and it cleaned great, didn't stick at all, and was (and still is) a beautiful, well made pan.After about a week, however, it began to get food stuck on the bottom. Now, after about 3 weeks of everyday use, it is no more non-stick than any other pan in the house and basically not worth it for me to use anymore. Everything sticks. I'll spend my money on cast iron next time.

Beautiful and well made. Gifted to a family member. They like it a lot. Says nothing sticks and of used with a little butter or oil food slides easily around the pan.

So far so good. Use often. No problems no staining. Food doesnt stick but as a rule I always use few drops of grease (oil, butter) for taste of food. Eggs come out excellent.

This pan works great and looks nice.

Over the years I have had every non-stick pan from T-Fal to Blue Diamond. None were truly non-stick. Over time their coatings chipped. Eggs always stuck to some degree. Clean up was not always easy. With this pan, eggs really do not stick, seriously. Those videos of eggs moving freely around the pan are real. Cleanup was a breeze. Plus, it's a beautiful piece of kitchen equipment. A+

Before anyone says that you used it wrong, please understand that my mother taught me how to fry eggs about 40 years ago. I have used cast iron skillets, deadly Teflon coated, stainless steel and everything else. Even with spray on the lowest heat setting - frying eggs in this pan is not a nonstick situation. The cooking oil spray still doesn't help. The only time eggs don't stick is if you fry bacon first and you float the eggs in a quarter of an inch of grease. Frying hamburgers or anything greasy is not a big deal, but that was not the reason for purchase. Very disappointed

Beautiful, so easy to clean and food is delicious. Use lower heat when cooking.
