Good value set of smoke and heat alarms
The alarms came already linked together, but I needed to join the remote to the group - this was simply a case of putting one of the devices into pairing mode (by clicking the middle of it 4 times) and then clicking the button on the remote twice - the manual makes this clear. Can then test the alarms and silence them with the remote - which might be useful if you aren’t tall or have high ceilings. (The remote came complete with battery)It's easy to turn the alarms on by sliding a switch and the built in battery should last 10 years. When one of the alarms sound then the others all do at the same time, which is a great feature. To mount the alarms you can either use the provided screws/plugs to attach the base plate of each one to the ceiling then twist in the alarm (you even get a drilling template which you can use to get the hole in the right place). Or you can use the magnetic pads - for each alarm you get 2 metal plates backed with adhesive pads one of which has very strong magnets on it. Stick one to the alarm and the other on the ceiling where you want the alarm and then you can attach the two metal plates together. This works well and the magnets are very strong. This is unlikely to work if you have some extravagant artex pattern on your ceiling as the adhesive pad might not stick as well, but I’ve not had that since the 90s so the metal plates and adhesive pads worked fine for me.Being interlined comes with some added benefits. I’ve put one of the smoke alarms in my garage - which I would be unlikely to hear if it was triggered but as it would also trigger the alarms in my house then I will definitely hear those.

1st gen amazing, 2nd is perfect
The media could not be loaded. 11 out of 10 to this amazing 2nd gen products. The 1st gen was already a good and cheap product but the 2nd is just perfect. Love the magnets idea in a way that now it is impossible to mess up your wall and you can easily attach the one you'll buy when this will die. Love the very minimal packaging and the modern design. They are very easy to setup, at first they seem slow but I noticed that as soon as they're up when doing the tests everything was smooth and on time. Alarm volume is great too. Fits perfectly and hide the wall scars from the previous model.

Simple to install smoke and heat alarms.
Took a few attempts to link them together. They come with rawl plugs and screws as well as sticky backed magnets which seem to hold well.Biggest question will be if the batteries lasts.

Great value
These smoke alarms are brilliant for the price. Low profile and discrete, already connected and so easy to install. 4 smoke alarms, a heat alarm for the kitchen and a carbon monoxide alarm. Everything I needed and took me all of 10 minutes to install myself.Considering I’d had a quote of £480 to have an electrician install something similar (none hardwired) I’m really pleased with the saving.

Great kit, good connectivity
This set comes with 2 smoke alarms, 1 heat alarm and a remote. It has all the fixings to attach them with screws but they also include magnetic discs which are far earlier to use than drilling holes. With other alarms, I’ve had to purchase the magnetic discs separately so to include them here is a bonus. My three alarms were very simple to connect together as per the instructions included. The remote also came connected but I accidentally disconnected it. Following the video on the product page allowed me to reconnect the remote easily.I’ve put the three alarms across my home and they all seem to work well connected. The remote is a bonus as invariably sometimes when a smoke alarm goes off, it’s easily turned off rather than having to rush around getting a step stool to turn one off. As long as you don’t lose the remote! (They can be turned off without the remote too.)Recommended.

Very easy to install and set up
Really impressed with this bundle. Everything came pre-linked, so setup was super straightforward—just turned them on, tested, and installed. The alarms are loud and responsive, and I love that they’re all interconnected. The 10-year battery is a huge plus, no more worrying about replacements. Also great to know it meets the latest UK safety regulations. The included remote is a nice touch for easy testing and muting. Highly recommend for anyone looking to upgrade their home safety system!I bought it for my mother in law, very easy to install

Dangerous
Used the supplied stickers and magents to attach to three ceilings, they have all fallen down, first one nearly injured a two year old. Dangerous product.

Easy setup
Easy to setupDrilling the hole by using the sticker already inside the picking, very convenience. If you do not like to drill the hole on wall, in the picking also provided some magnet pieces just sticks on the wall will be done. Very good idea and good design 👍🏼
