Fantastic

This is exactly what I wanted for my Google Pixel tablet. A sturdy, protective, nice, small case with a decent keyboard to turn my tablet into a laptop all without adding too much bulk.Fit: Perfection. I don't feel like I had to force the tablet in, it just fit, even with a screen protector.Keyboard: Types well, good spacing for my fingers, lovely clicky soundTrackpad: oh man, love a good trackpad as a mouse, works wellMagnet Strength: 💪🏼 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 5 stars for sure, feels very secureFeatures: love the stand/opening to fit the docking station/speaker and stylus penQuality & Appearance: love the feel of the case and it just genuinely looks and feels solid and well madeValue for money: Price is appropriate for how well the case appears to be made and how well it fits the tablet.Battery Life: don't really have an answer for this yet, but I do like the ability to see how much battery life is left in the keyboard with a button ON the keyboard (gives a certain amount of flashing light to indicate percentage of battery life)

Perfect Accessory for Pixel Tablet

Probably the best thing I've bought for my Pixel tablet. Things I like: the case is very protective, keyboard is super easy to use and very responsive, touchpad works fairly well, kickstand in the back props the tablet up and is adjustable, batter last forever before needing a charge.Usually when I travel internationally I bring my laptop but with this case/keyboard I plan to leave the laptop at home and just use this tablet.

Perfect for school, fairly sturdy, minor connection problems

Cons: had some Bluetooth issues and I had to reset the settings on my phone which was annoying.Pros: turns my pixel tab into an awesome little laptop. Works amazing for school where I don't want to lug around my big expensive gaming laptop just to type notes. Good product just had to deal with connecting problems. B+ and would recommend.

The Must-Have Keyboard Case for Google Pixel Tablet

The media could not be loaded. I bought the eiP and Penoval GPT Bundle Pro, which includes the Magnetix keyboard case, USI 2.0 stylus, screen protector, and a slim tablet bag. This combo is fantastic! I initially only wanted the first three items, but the bundle effectively gave me a free waterproof and very slim bag (my old laptop bags were too big for a tablet). It’s such a great deal!Focusing on the Magnetix keyboard case, it’s truly excellent.Appearance: The leather case feels premium and offers strong protection. It has a stylus holder, and the keyboard and case can be used separately or together with perfect cutouts.Functionality: The overall typing experience on the keyboard is superb with no lag. My palms are relatively large, so I occasionally touch the trackpad by mistake. Thankfully, they thoughtfully designed a trackpad deactivation feature (Fn + Space), which makes note-taking smooth. Additionally, the trackpad itself is very convenient with many gesture options. I previously used a MacBook Air, so I had to get used to the system differences, but everything from taking quick screenshots to switching to the previous app and going to the home screen is very easy.I believe Google should collaborate with them because this greatly enhances the use scenarios of the tablet. The original setup was too limited, unlike Apple’s complete ecosystem. Thankfully, the eiP Magnetix is now available. It’s incredibly useful, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for accessories for Google Pixel Tablet.

Awful

Update: I've downgraded this from 3 stars to 1. The inability to disable the touchpad, and the awkward keyboard, became unbearable. I ended up going with a Poetic Explorer paired with a ThinkPad TrackPoint II wireless keyboard, and that's been great, aside from the cover not automatically locking and unlocking the screen.Original review follows:After reading all the positive reviews of this keyboard case, I was excited to have something in-hand that would finally give me the versatility of a mini-laptop. And it does — but with several frustrating flaws:- The touchpad can be disabled, but it gets re-enabled as soon as the keyboard awakes from sleep. This means I'm constantly causing accidental trackpad presses while typing.- The keyboard is understandably on the smaller side, but the actual sizing and layout of the keys are puzzling. Several keys are drastically cut down in size, while others are full-size, with no seeming rhyme or reason, e.g., the left-bracket key is a normal size, while the right-bracket and backslash keys are half-width; it's the same with the semicolon key versus the quote key. The number row is where it's supposed to be relative to the letter rows on its right side ... but the keys gradually shift rightward as you move left, to the point where the "1" key is slightly left of the "q" key. It's stuff like this that makes touch-typing a real hassle; they would have done better to keep all the key sizes and relative positions the same, and simply scaled down the entire layout.- Also regarding the keyboard, the Control and Function keys ... are the same key. This makes no sense if you need to generate keypresses such as Control-Space, which the keyboard itself reserves for disabling the touchpad.- The stylus loop blocks one of the microphones. I understand there aren't a lot of good spots, but something on the inside of the case spine could have worked much better (as long as it detached with the keyboard).- The battery life isn't great. After charging to 100%, it can drain down to 75% after just a couple of hours. I don't understand the claims of great battery life by other reviewers; I have a ThinkPad TrackPoint II wireless keyboard, and it lasts for weeks!- The fingerprint reader is impossible to initially set up (taking impressions) without removing the tablet from the case, and getting it to register later fingerprints is difficult, requiring several tries. It would have been simple to cut out additional notches in the front and back of the case for the fingerprint reader to avoid this.- This brings me to a bigger point: The case seems like it was made by adding a front and back layer to an existing case design. There's no reason for there to be a lip all around the front and back covers which obscures the rim of the inner case. I doubt the claims that this case was completely designed around the Pixel Tablet.Unfortunately, this is the best keyboard case option available for the Pixel Tablet that I'm aware of; if it weren't, I'd likely rate this two stars, instead. I'd love for someone else to step into the ring and give me a better option; as it is, I'm considering buying a standard covered case and just hauling along that ThinkPad keyboard with me.

Decent case

First off it's not worth $80 when compared to others. That said, it's the only case that has any real premium feel for a premium device so YMMV.Pros:Compatible with charging dockDetachable KBFeels premiumConnects quicklyCons:OverpricedClosure is not secureCharging port is on opposite side of the tablet so there's not a clean way to charge them both at the same time.
