Now We Need More!!
These blocks turned out to be an unexpected hit with all of my kids. I was hoping my aspiring engineer would love them, and she does, but my toddler and artist love them too. These do a great job of invoking imagination games and kids can build seemingly endless configurations. I will admit, I was a bit deceived by the box image, thinking 100 blocks could build the ornate scene pictured there, but you actually need to buy several sets to achieve that. For instance, this kit includes only one cube of dynamite, two cacti, and no lava. Now, we need more. In fact, thanks to the handy-dandy catalog included, my daughters are already planning out which kits they will acquire next (all of them). I like that the blocks fit in one neat layer inside the box and the boxes can be stacked, though I imagine once we have more sets, we might not be able to keep so organized. These are truly fun and add a creative twist to typical block-building games. I even find myself arranging little scenes sometimes. I love that there are character blocks included and the magnets don't have to be exactly aligned to attract, so you can design more 3d structures, structures with gaps, etc. This also seems like a fairly safe toy, made of ABS plastic and all the magnet parts securely tucked inside. I tried trying them apart and I honestly think you would need a hammer to destroy these things. I know technically anything that fits in a toilet paper tube is a choking hazard, but I feel comfortable letting my 2.5 year old play with them under supervision. She has not put any in her mouth and it is harsh to imagine swallowing a cube with sharp, hard corners. I will still only allow her to play with them supervised, but it is really nice having a toy that all my children enjoy, bringing them together. We will be buying more for sure!

High quality toy, fun to play with
I got this set for my son who loves anything Minecraft and building stuff. So far, he has had a lot of fun playing with these and building a world with them. I was surprised what a high quality toy this is. The blocks are sturdy and stack well. They already come with the stickers on them, I was worried I would have to put a million stickers on everything before he could play with them. It’s nice that they are magnetic, so they will stay in place and stack easily. The only thing I don’t like about these being magnetic is that there aren’t simple fixed magnets inside, instead they are filled with the little magnetic BBs so they rattle around a lot and make noises when you move the blocks around.Overall, I would definitely recommend this set. This set came with a booklet that shows a couple other sets you can get to add on to this one, I will definitely be looking into getting additional sets for my son.

Fun building toy
Pros:-great magnetic blocks that easily connect from all angles-nice variety of blocks-great for building scenes depicted in instructions or creative play-combines with other sets from this manufacturer (we do t ha e sets from other manufacturers so we can be sure the size and magnets are compatible)Cons:-some of the mobs appear made up and are not included the video game that inspired this theme-only has about a quarter of the blocks needed to build the scene on the box

Not bad, but a little too expensive
These are obviously Minecraft-style blocks. Some effort went into the packaging – there are colorful graphics on both the outside and inside. There’s a little booklet that gives you a few building ideas and advertises other sets. I was worried that the blocks would just have stickers on them but the designs seem to be printed on, so that’s good. Some blocks have an asymmetrical design, for example the cactus which has a flower only on one side. They’re very light which is actually a good thing because it lets you build them further out to the side before they fall apart.I have mixed feelings about the value. They were $35.99 when I got them. Looking at other magnetic building blocks on Amazon, the average price is about $25 to $35. I have a hard time feeling like each individual block is worth 36 cents. If this were an official Minecraft product I’d think the price was a little more fair because I was paying for the brand name. But seeing as how it’s a no-name imitation product the price is a little too steep. They’re completely fine as long as the price doesn’t bother you.

Your kids will love them
Great toy for toddlers especially with how popular minecraft currently is. Easy to clean and fun to build with. Not as strong of magnets as the name brand stuff but they're half the price and still stick together good enough

fun for the family
Huge hit with my kids. We have 3 kids under 11 and each one of them loves this set. The blocks snap together easily and form great shapes. Kids have had lots of fun and the instructions allows for some unique buildings to be created. The box is durable and the magnets are strong.

Nice!
This is a very definite Minecraft clone, and it's actually pretty good! The blocks are easy to stick together and take apart. The blocks are sized to work with many similar sets. They look good, and their finish looks like it will last. The colors pop, and there's no end to the kid's creativity with them. Overall, these are a good value and will give hours of entertainment.
