The seller represents an item on the amazon and delivers absolutely a different model.Not at all like the image shown. This can be a mistake once or twice, but thrice? Brought 3 times and all the time, the seller have deliberately delivered wrong item. Buyer's intending to buy, kindly buy this product at your own risk.The item is of cheap quality, performance isn't as expected to its original machine that I've owned previously of the same brand brought from a local reseller. They have done a lot of cost cutting on the machine and the material used are of cheap quality i.e. plastics and no metal hooks to hang the machine on the bed edge. I don't know when the pump would stop working, I even doubt the electronics of this machine. If you're looking for a review, buy this machine at your own risk for the cost that you've paid for buying this machine.If there were negative remarks for the Seller, I would consider minus 5 Stars (-5*) Unfortunately, I have to stick to a single star as that's a norm by Amazon.

It works well and is allowing my mother to finally get a good night's sleep. Having dealt in medical equipment in a previous job I was skeptical about an alternating air mattress at this price. Happy to say I was wrong, this mattress appears to be of good quality and works as intended.
