2400W Electric Tankless Water Heater, 120VAC

This item embodies the main problem I personally have with ordering stuff online as you will see below. DO YOUR RESEARCH. It is a long run from our water heater to the kitchen. It takes gallons of water down the drain waiting on hot water. I wanted a device to supply hot water immediately while waiting on the cold water to clear the pipe from the heater. This is NOT the item for this application. I incorrectly assumed this would connect to the hot water line but it is designed to connect to the COLD water supply line. I called the company and they were extremely helpful. I got a human immediately and was connected to a technician in short order. The tech explained this item should not be connected to the hot water line. I liked the idea of this being 120v. A lot of the heaters like this are 240v. This item does not come with an electrical cord/plug which I assumed it did. Often at Amazon there are installation instructions posted but if this item has instructions I couldn't find them. Research other than the Amazon site. Lesson learned for me. The Amazon site says it can be returned but I have found that you cannot take it back to Amazon. The company will send a shipping label. The label shows up at the Amazon web pages returns link. You are responsible for return shipping but it IS refunded from the company.I really wish this product had worked for my application.

This operates precisely as I needed. I only had access to 120 power source on a 20amp breaker and this works. I have a tankless water heater that is about 45 feet from the kitchen sink and I have been so frustrated wasting water waiting for it to get hot. This is hot within a few seconds. The downside is the water pressure is lessened but there is no wasted water.

We thought this would solve the water temperature problem in our new casita.Not so….this heater manages to warm the water only slightly even though the water is not cold to begin with.

Product was very easy to install. Water temp not as hot as I’d hoped and pressure drop compared to cold water side. Still, a solid 4 star rating.

Didn’t work welll. When I returned it I had to pay the shipping and they charged a 50% restocking fee

Very barely noticeable water temp difference. Water coming from well pump at 40-50 PSI max. Specs for appliance say 60 PSI best, so I guess it's "performing".I did not expect "hot" water at any PSI, based on other reviews here. But I was expecting at least public retail store bathroom hand-washing temps for the price at lower PSI.

Do NOT buy. They will not process the refund despite saying they are working on the refund. Shady company. Does not work well either.
