This is one of the best dog bones I've found. I have a pitbull who is a big chewer but very picky about textures. She loves these bones and they last her months compared to other toys which usually get destroyed in a week.

I've bought this exact bone I think 4 times now. My dog absolutely loves it. He's not into toys too much but I guess since its bacon flavored he likes it. It doesn't smell to me at all and it's been real safe. After a while it will start to deteriorate but that's after maybe a year or so of heavy use. I will continue buying this. 🤗

Bought this bone in July 2020, my Great Dane chews on it “aggressively” multiple times a day and I’m just now going to order a replacement over 2 years later… awesome bone!

This bone is the best! Our little girl destroys toys so quickly, but this toy lasts and it’s huge like her. The only downside is that it tends to blend in with our floors and I inevitably end up kicking it, which definitely hurts! 🤣

My dog, Java, is a spoiled rotten, heavy-duty chewing, lapdog of a pittie. I've been through so many toys that claim to be for avid chewers that fell way short of the mark. But this thing did not disappoint. She carries it around the house with her like a trophy, tail wagging and proud as a peacock. My only complaint is that I keep stubbing my toe on it during the night as she will drag it out into the walkway (presumably on purpose) when she is mad at me. The price we pay for our pampered fur babies, am I right? In all seriousness though, it's like most of the nylon chew toys but due to the sheer size of it, it takes forever for them to wear it down. Now all I need is ear plugs to sleep through the crunch crunch sounds that seem to echo through our house at night before she passes out. I give this an A+ for durability and A+ for keeping her from chewing on my socks anymore. Java and I highly recommend it!

Be careful selecting your size!! This was our first time ordering this bone online and without thinking I selected the "Large" size. I was shocked when a tiny bone arrived and thought that it must be an error. Turns out the error was all my fault but really, who assumes a "Large" size would only be 6 inches!?! In fact, the "Large" is the SMALLEST size of this bone. Why they start the sizing with "Large" as the smallest size is beyond me - it is not consistent with other bone brands and is very misleading. For buying the smallest size available I think the price is a bit high.The bone came wrapped in plastic - I appreciate that as I assume it helps keep the smell/taste better than sitting around a factory waiting for shipment.

En realidad para ser XXXL esta chiquito, imaginaba algo mas grande. Lleva un par de horas con el hueso mi perro boxer de 2 años y tambien crei que le seria mas facil masticarlo, le esta costando trabajo, creo que le hara ejercitar su mandibula ... : ) veamos en un mes en que estado se encuentra el hueso o si de plano ya no le intereso.... regreso¡!

Chewy gives this a 4 paws up!!!! He is a chewing machine and destroys quite literally anything ever purchased for him.....uhhhh....and also for myself!This bone he went bonkers for! Takes it to the backyard, takes it to bed, to the couch, wherever he may be!It is super durable. Withstands jaws of a 90+ lb Daniff (Mastiff X Dane) no problem.Aside from loud noise when he drops it which honestly I don't care about (but maybe your floors will if you have hardwood or laminate...I have neither so am unable to speculate...could be scratched/dented), I can't think of a con.

The material itself is indeed quite chew resistant. However, as other reviewers have noted on this and other Pet Qwerks Barkbone products, they seem to hurt the dogs mouth and cause their gums to bleed. I am looking for a toy for my dog to enjoy, that lasts - but I'm not going to make a trade-off between that and something that physically hurts my friend. That's my experience with the product, your mileage may vary - but do your research and check the other reviews, and you may find that there are similar reports from others.

I was hoping this would be the best bet for my 50kg. 17-month-old Akbash, but it was not. Within twenty minutes she had gnawed the bone to the point of uselessness, according to the seller's criteria.There are much better and much cheaper ways to indulge my dog. Not recommended.
