My occupation means that a head torch is essential. I used to make them before they were available to buy. This one is definitely the best I have ever had. It had one problem which was that the light emanating downwards in the broad coverage mode nearly blinded me! A simple modification, see photo, using Gorilla tape and a sharp knife resolved the problem. Oddly the manufacturers have done a similar thing on the top half of the lens. I wonder if it has been installed upside down?

I bought this as we have to move a lot of boxes into the loft, we use to use a torch, but I have to either hold it with one hand or put it down and the light is not very bright with a torch. With the head light, my hands a free up to carry all the boxes, I can see where I’m going easily. There a 3 different setting on the brightness. Also has red light so can use it for cycling if needed. Very happy with the product.
